Was very pleased with Stefan and his crew. Work was done to my satisfaction and exceeded my expectations.

It went well, they instilled stove hood, few kitchen cabinets and crown moulding.

Excellent from start to finish

Stefan, David, Lester and all members of the crew were professional, worked from moment in to moment out. Started each day at 08:00 AM and completed each day at 04:00 PM promptly. They never missed a beat and kept everything on schedule every day and completed on the date they stated. Things were left in a very clean state ready for flooring which I opted to have done on my own to match the already installed first floor carpeting. I have already hire them for 2 additional jobs and look forward to getting them started as soon as possible. Pictures will be added once carpeting is installed on the 15th. If you are in the far western suburbs, contact them and ask to see mine. I love what they did and I know you would as well.

The job was done very well. Stefan actually would suggest ideas to me when something was not clear on the drawings and his ideas were very nice. I liked this because his ideas were not always the priciest ones that would benefit him, but really best for me as the client. The price was very good and work that was done was of very good quality. At the end of the job they actually cleaned up all of the dust and construction material which made things easier on me. Another plus for the company is that even when I paid in full and still had some follow ups Stefan came out right away to finish up work that wasn't even his responsibility. So he really does put the customer first. One item that I feel probably could have been done better is the timing. The job did run over what was first discussed however when trying to find a contractor it is extremely hard to find a trustworthy person that would not take advantage of you and do a good job. Timing is something I feel is well worth it to get cost effective and quality job done.

Did excellent job, answered all equestions. He pays attention to details. He gave me best price out of 2 other contractors and couldn't be happier.

This is the second home that I have had done by this company and they do phenomenal work! They are very easy to work with and are always on time. I look forward to hiring this company for my future homes! Definately would recommend them!

Stefan and his crew did a great job. Out basement was basically unfinished and they remodeled it to include a bedroom, full bath, bar and TV area. We can wait to start using it. They really try and do a good job and make the customer happy.

I was completely satisfied with Stefan and his crew on my rehab project with them. Workmanship and time management were very important qualities I was looking for and this crew delivered those expectations. They recently just finished my home basement, and it looks great. I finally have an area to myself for my office space, an area for my workout equipment and a new bar area to spend time with family and friends.  That's why I decided to continue doing business with this team and will recommend them to any investor or home owner.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Stefan and his crew were here when they said they would be and always went straight to work. I had asked could they finish the job before Christmas Eve and they finished it earlier than expected which made us very happy. The quality of the work is superb. Another thing is after they finished they were awesome about cleaning the place and took care while they were working not to track anything on floors or anything. I would definitely recommend them without a doubt to anyone who needed remodeling of any sort. Stefan is a pro and he brings pros with him to get the job done on a cost efficient professional manner. I plan to use them again whenever I have any thing done to my home

The entire process from start to finish was flawless. Stefan, David and their crew did an amazing job and made our dreams a reality. They helped us create a bar that was beyond our expectations. Our basement is now part of our home and we love it. They were kind, respectful and very prompt. I would, and will, recommend them to anyone looking to update their home. I was referred to Stefan Construction by one of my friends, who had first hand experience with the company. I left a voicemail for David and my call was returned within a few hours. We set up an appointment for an estimate, which was scheduled for a Saturday morning. David was very accommodating when making the appointment, especially because our schedules are so hectic. Stefan and David arrived the day of the estimate on time and listened to our preliminary plans. They surveyed the space and were able to discuss in detail how realistic some of our plans were. They also noticed that our floor was not level in the basement, so that was factored into the improvement plans. Work began soon after the estimate and the process was the least stressful from prior experiences with other general contractors. David provided constant communication between his crew and myself and we really saw the project come together. We had the floor leveled, new tile put in, framing and paneling done (we have several windows in the basement), light fixtures installed, and the whole area was painted. Everything passed inspection the first time and we were settled into our new living space before we knew it! We are planning to reconnect with Stefan and David soon to have them remodel our bathroom in the basement. For a team that delivers quality work at a fair price, I definitely reccomend using this company.
