Reuben showed up promply for the estimate. My brother had to remind him to send the estimate, but once reminded Reuben was prompt.  He arrived and re-did the entire entance sidewalk on the dates promised.

Anibel Velez was very courteous and professional, the work performed appears to be of good quality. Pricing seemed very fair for the work done.

Very well; they showed up when they said, they did the work on time, they did a little bit of extra work without charge, they got the slopes right, and it looks very good. They would be the first ones I would call if I need concrete work again.

Ruben is a busy man but came out when he said he would. His estimate was fair and right on the money. I was flexible given the size of the work (2 smaller jobs) but when his guys did come out they worked hard and throughly. I'm quite happy and would recommend them.

The workers came when they said, and did all of the needed work for the project. When the cement dried, I noticed tiny cracks everywhere within two days. I called stef and asked him to redo it. ( that was a big job!). He called the cement company and after back and forth we found the cement was not mixed properly. Stef agreed to break up the whole slab he had just put in, and redo thewhole thing. He did not charge me anything additional. The second time around the cement looked great and was done perfectly. My kids enjoy playing basketball, and I appreciate Stef taking care of the problem, even though it was a lot of work on his part. His workers were extremely neat and very polite.

Very well. The response via email was somewhat slow, but I just think contacting him by phone is more practical for everyone because they're out of the office on jobs most of the time.

The quality of work was excellent and the speed at which they finished the project was also very good. They came out when they said they would, they worked long days, and they finished on time. The communication was very good once the project started in terms of whether we should take care of a problem one way or another; he was very good at explaining what the options were. There was an element of the project that involved some water drainage pipe and until the broke up the concrete and examined it, they didn?t know what they were going to find. At that point, they were very good at explaining the options and doing what we asked of them. It was very difficult to get the project started with them; we had to trade a lot of phone calls. They weren?t the most responsive in terms of communicating when they could start and getting back to us with information about that.

The work turned out good. I don't remember how much I spent on the project. They took out a little bit of cement we had by one of the doors of our garage that we used for a separate kind of project and did the cement work. They were quick and professional. They were in and out within about 2 hours. The way they did that made it work well. I don't know for sure how to compare their price, but I thought they were under 2 other people that I worked with.

Excellent. We were very hesitant to do any type of basement digout work as we had heard all the horror stories with houses collapsing. Luckily we found James and team. They were extremely hardworking. We were very pleased with their work and kept adding to their workload as time permitted.

I love his services. He is so responsible, and he has great communication. He says exactly what he's going to do, and then he does it. His pricing is very fair. He quotes a price, and he doesn't waiver. He researches for me before he even gets the job. He is really conscientious and cleans up really well after himself. He is very honest and trustworthy as well.
