"I can assure you that resting on our laurels is not an option within our business, as we take much pride in managing our company daily with only the uppermost standards. We have done our best to not only be reasonable with you, but we have also gone above and beyond to accommodate your requests that were within our reach. After our sales rep provided you with a first written estimate, you contacted our rep to come back over to your home to write the contract. Upon his arrival, you told him you wanted a bigger garage along with extras at no additional cost. The Sales rep told you that would not be possible, again you insisted those items should be free, at that point, the salesman told you that our company would not be a good fit for you and left your house. You then called our sales rep back the next day and pleaded with him to come back and write the contract at the agreed price, as far as the contractors playing music while working and displeasing your neighbors, they were not previously aware of your neighbors sleep schedule and I am delighted to hear that they had complied and turned off the music upon request. Steele & Loeber was not made aware of your sprinkler system prior to work, in result we would have not known to avoid it. Every one of our customers receives a letter explaining the process, Payment schedule, Time frame I'm happy to say your Garage was completed 4 weeks earlier than expected., Your sales rep had come to your home a total of four times during the construction process two times being after the concrete was poured Your sales rep had taken time from his day to remove the drywall and touch up the trim for you as well. Your inspection has passed through the village and met all of their codes and standards. I can assure you that Steele and Loeber will never rest on our laurels, and we will continue to go above and beyond and only employ those who follow our best business practices. (ALL CONTRACTORS BEST BEWARE OF THIS INDIVIDUAL)"

"This Person is not even a customer of ours, he inquired about buying a garage through us and wanted to pay on his terms holding 20% of the cash sale price for a period of time after the garage was built, We told him that's not how the payment schedule works, He didn't like that answer so he wrote a bad review on us. There should be some investigation on Angies list before these bad reviews are posted especially when there bogus reviews like this one.  We have been in business for close to 75 years with an outstanding reputation in the industry,"

"We are fully aware of the member's concerns. We offered to insulate the member's garage door which consists of gluing insulated panels to the inside of her door. This is the same way the manufacturer would have done. At the time the salesman spoke with her, she was not happy with this resolution. Instead, we credited her $150.00 off her contract price, which she gladly accepted. At this point, I am still willing to insulate the door but she must return the $150.00 that she has received. As far as the gutters are concerned, my understanding is that she is not happy with the location of the downspouts which are always installed towards the alley. We will have the gutter installer contact the member to move the downspouts where she would like them. As far as the caulking is concerned, I think she is referring to the gap by her garage floor being uneven. The floor we built on is her existing concrete. Steele & Loeber did not do any concrete work, therefore we can not guarantee her floor to be level. I'm not sure what else we can do to make the member happy. Phil Gazzola, Owner"
