Jenna and Spoiled Rotten have been excellent. They are very responsive and have been amazingly flexible with our variable schedules. They have taken great care of our puppy, and we highly recommend them!

We were very satisfied with all their services. They are very prompt, and they cared for our dog well and walked her when we asked them to. They charged $12 a day if we used them for the whole week. We just stopped using them because we don’t need their services any longer. We are planning to use them occasionally when we have the need.

While it seemed to start out ok, I quickly became unimpressed with her lack of responsiveness and professionalism.  My gut told me my cats weren't being well cared for.  I have since used Chicago Pet Sitters and I couldn't be more happy.  They are wonderful wonderful people who are incredibly responsive and I know that my cats are happy because they send me picture messages on my phone.  Love them.

I met Jenna in the summer and I instantly connected with her.  She is so nice and you can tell right away she has a love for animals and definitely my puppy.  You also can tell that she has experience with dog walking and has given me great recos for training, vet and groomers.  All her recos have been spot on!  I initially did not hire them because they were a bit more expensive than other services.  Well they are worth it!  When I was not happy with my current service due to various reasons - I called Jenna and we met up right away and I began using them.  It was seamless, painless and I feel great about leaving our puppy with Spoiled Rotten Pets.

Spoiled Rotten Pets also creates a journal for your pet and everyday my husband and I look forward to reading the updates when we get home.  Jenna and Mackenzie have been extremely flexible with our schedule and even fitting in a dinner walk at the last minute on a Friday night!  Our puppy loves both Mackenzie and Jenna and I know the feeling is mutual.

I definitely recommend using Spoiled Rotten Pets.

They do a very good job. We are not there at home when they come over, so I can't really comment on them but, our neighbors say that they walk the dog well.

We had an initial meeting and the owner came by to talk to us about our needs. The owner was very friendly. A few days later the dog sitters came over to meet our dogs and watched them for 4 hours. Everything went as planned, the employee was very trustworthy and friendly. I felt comfortable having that person in our home and the dogs seemed to like him. I have a sick dog so we really needed someone great and Spoiled Rotten provided that service.

The service has been good so far. I have never used a service like this before, so I am not sure what others do. They record a log everyday about what they did and if there is anything unusual. They seem to be there everyday, although they have missed once.

I went out of town for a three day weekend and had them watch my chihuahua's. We had a 4 week old litter that needed special attention as well. They did a great job of sending pictures of the dogs, left a hand written letter about her experience for when we arrived home and the dogs seemed happy and healthy.

Excellent. Good communication, reasonable price, and a person who likes pets. You cannot go wrong with this service. I am now using this service every week.

Spoiled Rotten in Home Pet Services was highly professional, punctual and very caring. This was the second time I've used their services, and I will again. I went on my trip totally relieved that caring people were looking after my babies. :) I highly recommend them.

Jenna did an in-take assessment of our dog (very happy about that) and paired him with the perfect walker for him. They have honored all of our requests (single dog walking only, no cell phone use while walking, no dog parks, etc.). So, while the service may be a tad more expensive than others, we feel that our dog is getting undivided attention and that everyone is safe. When they have done overnight dog-sitting, they have been amazing. You'd never know that anyone had been in the house. The dog was happy and well cared for. Additionally, the walkers and sitters have done a good job communicating (via text message, written notes, etc.) about how our dog is faring, what he's been doing, etc. Couldn't be happier.
