I submitted a request for a quote from a few dog walking services for my mother's lab, and Carla at Snappy Paws was the first to reply even though she was on vacation at the time. Carla was professional and flexible with the times and terms of the proposed engagement. Unfortunately, my mother's husband turned out to disagree with the need for a dog walker, and the deal fell through, but through all of the negotiations and planning, Carla couldn't have been easier to work with. If the situation changes, I would not hesitate to call Snappy Paws again and give it another shot.

I was referred to this company through another service I found on Angie's List. I have been using them for about 6 months now, and they have so far been reliable, dependable, and professional.

Excellent. Carla is very professional and hires committed dog walkers. She is always aware of what is happening and if her dog walker notices something, she will come over and check the dog herself. Even bring a vet tech with her. Not only is my dog well cared for, so are my plants and the home.

We have used two walkers, the first who moved away and was replaced by Carla a few months ago. Our dog really loved the first walker (he was a puppy, so we think he really bonded with her), and still really likes his new walker. It's great for him to get some exercise on his days off from daycare and he would be very lonely without the 2 visits. The walkers write a little note describing their time together, usually with cute stories about what happened during the walk or feeding. We have never had a problem where the walker didn't show. We have had a few same day cancellations due to weather, etc. and Carla has always adjusted the next month's billing accordingly. We are about to start our summer break from dog walking, but we will pick right up again in the fall and are very happy with the services provided, which are very reasonably priced.

Carla is an absolute pet lover. I hate to say it (and please do not repeat it to my wife) but she takes care of Kasper, our 1.5 year old MaltiPoo, better than I do. We "sniffed her out" from our next-door neighbors over a year ago and she's still our Dog Walker today. Kasper loved her from the first day she walked into our house and when he stays with her during our absence he actually sleeps in her bed. (Yes, I was as surprised as you are.) Overall, we are extremely happy with her service.
