All the work took about 3.5 hours, and we're very pleased with the results, as well as Eugene's professionalism and being nice to work with. Also, the price matched his estimate, and we would definitely hire his company again.

Outstanding!!! We couldn't have been happier. Eugene came by and provided a written estimate before the job was scheduled. The estimate was prepared exactly according to the prices stated on his website. Eugene and his helper arrived on time on the scheduled day, and completed all the work by around noon. That was half the time I expected it to take. And they did a *superb* job. Eugene and his assistant were always polite and friendly, a pleasure to do business with. We will happily hire Smiling Windows again when we need our windows washed.

I live in an old 3-flat and many of the windows are old. They carefully removed and cleaned everything beautifully. Some of the windows were hard to get at and they managed to get everything clean. Eugene gave me an estimate up front and it was exactly as he said. They showed up on time and completed the job in about 4 hours. In my opinion, this was a difficult job and Smiling Windows was excellent. The windows look beautiful and I think the price is reasonable. I definitely would use them again.

Estimator was prompt, thorough and professional. There were certain aspects of the job he could not do and he was very specific about these. I was impressed at the speed of response, the reasonable though not the cheapest pricing and the professionalism. While we probably will not use the service, if their window washing is as good as the estimate service I'm sure we would be very satisfied.

This is the second time I've had Smiling Windows wash the windows of my home. Mr. Rusinov is very courteous, professional, and responsive. He and his crew are very sensitive and respectful to my home. The windows look great. The only problem was that there were some small pieces of screen left in the backyard that they had to cut to clean some windows. These ended up caught in my dog's fur. I highly recommend them and plan to continue using them.

We used him to clean our windows and turns out that he also cleans gutters...Since he did an excellent job with our windows we expected the same quality of work with our gutters. We were not disappointed. He arrived on time and ready to work. He and his coworker did a wonderful job. On top of the normal leaf build up, the squirrels got up their and were trying to build a nests in a couple different places impacting the gutter. They cleared out the nests, ran water down the drains and made sure there was no blockages. Once again Smiling Windows left a smile on our faces...Great work at a great price!

Eugene gave me an estimate over the phone that was very close to the final price, and was able to schedule cleaning within a few days. He was confident that he would be able to clean all of my large tall windows. Eugene and his crew cleaned approximately 40 windows inside and out including all screens. The back of my home is a glass curtain of windows and are very tall. He cleaned all of our windows beautifully. The price was very good, and the windows were left crisp clean and without any messes. It took about four hours to complete. I could not be more happy with this company and I appreciate the professionalism and a job well done at such a great price. I will certainly use this company again in the future.

We called Eugene and he was able to give us an estimate the same day. The price was right and we had him out 2 days later. He arrived on time and ready to do the job, He definitely takes pride in his work. He pointed out some marks that he wouldn't be able to remove (from the window installation)....I liked that he was upfront and honest about his work. We left him for the day to do the job. When we got back that evening, you would never even had know anyone was working on our house during the day. Except for the fact that our windows were sparkling clean! No debris, scratches or dents on the siding, trash, etc...Eugene did a wonderful job and we would recommend him to anyone looking to wash their windows. If you need it done, call him first. Eugene responded with an estimate within a day. We have a large 3-story house. He cleaned windows, inside and out, as well as all the screens. He worked steadily and the quality of the work was outstanding. Eugene was cheerful, professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company. Our windows have never looked so good. I reached Eugene yesterday, and he was on the site bright and early the next day. He was efficient and provided excellent service.

Eugene arrived on time. First he did a thorough inspection of the all windows, approximately 30 of them, in the house and pointed out 2 with small cracks. Based on the review and a count of the windows, he quoted me a price and gave me a $30 discount. He then removed all of the triple track storms and screens and proceeded to clean the stationary windows inside and out as well as cleaning the sills. He then moved on to the storms and screens. All this was done in the space of about 4 hours. When he left everything was back in place, the windows were spotless and there was no trace that he had ever been there except for impeccably clean windows. He even took it upon himself to clean all 5 of the glass block windows in the house without charging me extra for them. In the process he found a few windows where the glazing putty had dried and fallen off. I had putty in the house and he used it to repair the missing pieces also without additional charge. He did such an excellent job that I gave him his $30 discount back.. He was courteous and pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process. He has my complete endorsement

.Eugene did a great job cleaning my windows. He was punctual and proficient. His rate was very reasonable and he still gave me a discount. He was honest to tell me not to waste money washing my second floor windows as they were rotting and will need replacing soon. I chose his company because I wanted to give new and small company a chance and I wasn't disappointed. I would recommend his company to anyone who's looking to have windows cleaned. The only advice I have for him is to make sure he checks all gates, close them and make sure he left everything the same as when he came.

It was great. After we called for an estimate, we were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning (Saturday). Eugene came in right on time at 8am. He reviewed our estimate and confirmed number of windows, counted the glass door, french glass window, basically did a very thorough review of everything than needs to be done and how much it will cost. He noted that he has a promotion for 20 windows + 2 st. gutters for $200. This then left me with 5 extra windows that Eugene agreed to do for $5 per window. He was very clear about the pricing before starting the job, so there were no surprises when we got our bill. The whole job took him about 3 hrs to complete and seriously my windows never looked better. It's amazing how much brighter the house becomes when windows are clean.

We heard of SmilingWindows from a flier that came with Valpack package. Price was great, so we decided to try them out. Scheduled an appointment for next day. Jay arrived right on-time, did a quick review of our house and quoted us exactly how much it will cost. He did great work, our windows look great, he was done in about 3hrs and even left us few coupons with discounts for future services. We'll definitely call them again.
