It went great I have been thinking of a new mattress for a while and went to look - Eric - the owner's brother (it says so on his card) - helped me right away and I was able to make a decision in a half hour. I was thrilled to find out that it could be delivered same day. Easy! the delivery was on time .. The two gentlemen were able to get the mattress up a complicated staircase - they were in and out in 15 minutes Easy! There were only a few reviews of mattress sales on Angies List so I did research on Yelp. Everyone said that if you mention Yelp, there would be a discount - and there was. Easy! Now I hope against hope that I bought the right type - firm vs medium - I went with medium firm. fingers crossed UPDATE - the mattress was too firm so I went back and found one that worked. They were great - they gave me a delivery time - called before they arrived and were in and out with the switch in 10 minutes.
