We solicited 3 price quotes. One of the other vendors was just not good and even misrepresented to us that one of our color choices was not available. They had just neglected to bring it in the samples book. Long story short, Skyline gave us the best quote, so much so that I was able to get the power option for the French door blinds for the same price as the unpowered option quoted by the other two vendors. The service process went smoothly as did the actual install. Jason is clearly passionate about his product and takes pride in his work. He spent a fair amount of time tinkering during the install to make sure everything was just right. Jason and Mike are a well-oiled team and did the work efficiently and effectively. Additionally, and what I really liked, was that Jason solved two seemingly intractable problems for which the other vendors had no solution: a door handle that would be hard to open without damaging the blinds and how to fasten down the blinds at the door bottom so the blinds didn't flap around when the door open and closed. I'll spare the details of the proposed solutions that were made, none of which were satisfactory. Jason had a vendor who customizes extensions for door handles so there is more space between the handle lever and the blinds. Problem one solved. Jason also, on his own initiative, installed small magnets at the bottom of the door and blinds so that when the blinds are lowered they are held in place by the magnets. When the blinds are raised by the power mechanism, the magnets allow them to pull away and raise up. This obviated the need for me to have to bend down and unlatch fasteners or to simply allow the blinds to flap around. Problem two solved. I couldn't be happier and plan on using Skyline again this summer when we will replace our 17 year old wood blinds in the living room. Highly recommended without qualification.

Couldn't be happier. I worked with Chrissy on design and selection and Michael on installation. Both were professional, organized, attentive, and well prepared. No high pressure sales tactics whatsoever. I was kept apprised during the entire process from order thru delivery and installation. Customer service was outstanding. I'll definitely use them again for any window treatment needs.

Skyline is a great company to work with.  They know their stuff!  Choosing window treatments is very hard for me...way too many options.  Brittany at Skyline made the whole process very enjoyable. She had great ideas and came with some "real" sized samples so that I could actually get a very good idea what the shades would look like.  The installer, Mike, just left and he was just as great to work with as Brittany.  He did a wonderful job explaining how the shades work and how to take care of them.  I will most definitely be using them for the other projects I have in my house.

Chrissy, Jason and Mike provided excellent customer service from our initial meeting to installation. They explained all of our options thoroughly and communicated on a regular basis from the day we ordered our window coverings to the day they were installed. Jason must have measured accurately as all of the shutters and the shades fit perfectly! Installation went smoothly and Jason and Mike made sure our home was left clean.

I hate taking the time to write reviews. I'm only doing this because I had a remarkably positive experience. 

Brittany Bailey from Skyline Window Coverings came to our home with several books full of options for new window coverings for our mid-mod house, 14 floor-to-ceiling windows in total. Without her assistance, I swear we may have had those 30 yr old vertical blinds up for another 30 years!  

Together, we selected dual layer roller shades from Hunter Douglas for style, privacy, light control and because we had Hunter Douglas window coverings in our previous home and know the quality is excellent, as is the warranty. Brittany's extremely tasteful design sensibility was key to narrowing down what type of coverings to use, as well as colors and textures.  She really took the stress out of the decision-making process, it was actually fun going through the myriad of options with her. 

They all arrived today and the installation seemed effortless. We had Michael doing our install, and he was AWESOME. He took down and disposed of all our old blinds, which was great. Jason, one of the owners, even came by to help with the installation, do tests, answer questions and explain a bit about the company. 

They strive for personalized service, and I'd say they're providing it. I mean...Brittany and Michael were emailing us throughout the manufacturing process with updates about the status of our order and any potential delays in advance of our installation date. They worked around our crazy work schedules for the installation, and even came up with a custom solution for a cord we weren't happy with. 

Best part of all...the new shades look AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I wish we didn't need to have the permanently glued, little government-required orange safety sticker on the bottom bars. They're not visible from inside but very visible from the outside, and ruin the clean aesthetic. Otherwise, a total A+!

A very positive experience. Jason and Chrissy gave me excellent advice which I was pleasd to accept.
The measurement was perfect, the colors they advised were the right choice and the installation was superior.
What they said they would do they did plus a lot more. I am very happy with the results.

Jason and Chrissy were fantastic.  From the initial meeting to discuss our needs and review options, to the timely estimate/proposal and the spot-on installation, I couldn't be happier.  Jason is a pleasure to work with.  He truly takes into consideration various factors when assisting in the selection of product and I never felt pressured or intimidated.
