Sam and Frank were friendly, courteous and understood my needs and concerns. They were responsive and on time. Their work, repairing a section of a brick wall on the front of my home was excellent. They matched the new brick to the old beautifully. See before and after pictures.

Sam and his team did an amazing job with a number of projects at our house. We had a punchlist of several masonry and roofing-related items that needed to be taken care of after we bought our house, including rebuilding part of a concrete walkway, tuckpointing brick walls, replacing a termination on a flat roof, and sealing masonry / walkways. Sam's team handled all of this work in a professional manner with great communication, including answering all of the questions that we had upfront, and following up after a couple months to finish some work that could not be initially completed. We're looking forward to working with Shield again in the future.

We hired Shield to complete some timely repairs on our garage, our walkways, and our stairs. We've seen nothing but great work from the crew, who have been on our property for only a short time but have nearly completed the project. They quickly cut through our old concrete garage floors and stairs, and were able to adeptly pour the concrete the following day. Super satisfied!

Shield was incredible to work with! They were very responsive and just had great communication all around. Their pricing was reasonable and in-line with what our building was expecting for tuckpointing and sealing of the brick/split block. They are knowledgable about the work and cared about getting it done correctly. They handled the entire process, including any city requirements, from beginning to end and made it easy and painless. They also have come out since doing the work to check on things and make sure everything is the way it should be. Very lucky to have found them!

They did a great job on a roof replacement and also weâ re able to take care of spot tuck pointing and installed some gutter guards. They were out quickly to give an estimate and finished the project within 3 days of starting work. Fair pricing, good communication and would not hesitate to use again. .

I would definitely recommend Samuel and his team. I called with a concern about some leaking around my house, he came out immediately to check it out. We later hired him and he got the job done in less than 24hrs. His team worked hard and communicated with us every step of the way.
