Reyna has become unprofessional and not easy to work with. We no longer have her clean our home.

Reyna and her team do a meticulous job of cleaning our home in Chicago every other week. They are thorough, pleasant and always do a fantastic job.

I tried Reyna and her company for a few months. At first it was decent, I'd give it a C+ but as time went on it got worse and worse. We were weekly customers and Reyna would habitually be late, call in the morning and say she was going to be there at 1 and not show up till 5:30. They did the quickest job they could totally forgetting to dust things or wipe down the counters, they never once dusted our fans. They came weekly and never once dusted the television. I called Reyna to discuss my expectations of what they need to do and she just said we will take $15 dollars off next time. I don't care about the money, I want the job to be well done. None of the girls speak English at all.. and my fiancee doesn't speak Spanish so he wasn't even able to communicate with them when they came over. Reyna herself could barely speak English well enough to communicate with us.. she called all the time to reschedule telling me that she had doctors appointments and I always wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and said yes I would re-schedule. We had to finally let them go because of the poor job and communication. I would not recommend Reyna.

It was difficult at first. She kept calling to let me know they would be late, which was good for her to do.

Reyna is very professional and courteous, and she and her crew work very hard and do a great job.

It was good. She is an extremely hard worker. She is trusting. We felt it was a little hard to get her to arrive when she said she would because she is very busy. The work itself it extremely good. I would highly recommend her.

Reyna is detailed oriented, listens to your needs and is highly responsive. She responded promptly to my request day after Christmas when others did not return my call. Reyna works along with 2 others - 1 of them was a bit slow compared to the others, however she did not charge extra from the agreed upon price even though it took longer to clean than anticipated. She was very thorough in making sure it looked clean and vacuumed the couches without me asking for it. I would highly recommend her.

Reyna Cleaning does a good job and she is always on time. She is professional and she does a very good job. She is efficent and reliable.

Reyna and her team were amazing! I am extremely picky when it comes to housecleaning and I have been searching a long time for someone like Reyna. She is extremely pleasant and thorough with her work, and she is extremely eager to ask questions on how she can improve on her work. She doesn't try to charge you extra for additional cleanings (ie: cleaning your oven, windows, etc) like other housekeepers I had. I liked her so much after one cleaning, I fired my old housekeeper right away and I am going to use Reyna every other week. Prices are very reasonable. Great work, great price and great personality. I would highly recommend her.

Team of 3 women deep cleaned our home from top to bottom. They were very professional and did an excellent job through out. I have invited them back to clean twice a month. I highly recommend using this service. If you need or want anything they are very open and approachable.

A team of 3 completed the job in less then 90 minutes. Very thorough. Reyna, the owner, was very nice. They ended up coming late in the evening on the same day I called because we were having trouble working out a time for the next day. Very accommodating, will definitely use regularly.

The first visit was a very long and thorough cleaning by Reyna and a woman she works with; it took about 5 hours for the two of them but they did such an outstanding job that I hired them to clean our house every other week. For a while that meant 3 or 3.5 hours for each visit, but now she now has two people working with her so it goes even faster. She is very eager for feedback and suggestions and has consistently implemented any requests that I've made about how/when/where/what to clean. She will use regular cleaning supplies (yours or hers), but we've recently decided that she'd start going green for me, so she is using baking soda and vinegar as my regular supplies run out. So far, it's been just as clean, but much cheaper and healthier for my family.
