Security Doctors

My cellphone got locked after he submitted that deal on my email. I cleared the deal because I have paid them this money. They only show me what they want to show me and not what I want to see. I waited 5 days for them to adjust even after I already paid them 6 grand. I don't want nobody else experience this. The way that they got with the information and not disclosing these before signing is not really hurtful. They don't inform you the information indicated at the back of the paper before you sign it. In the contract, they disclose the information after you signed it. The way it was made up is ridiculous. I requested 50 pictures but they keep turning it back to 20. They are sending you pictures of animals. I know that there is a lot going outside and I invested for my safety but the way they are treating me is very sad. They've been on my garage 5-6 times, one of my signal broke down, they are supposed to record it but they did not.

Carlos and his team were very responsive and professional with both the visit for the quote and the installation. Carlos did a great job of listening to what I needed, and ran over all the packages for me to choose from. He also explained and demonstrated very clearly how the system works after the installation which was efficient. I also got a great price.

We moved into a new home and wanted to replace a dated alarm system and a new monitoring service. Researched a bunch of providers and finally chose Carlos at Security Doctors because of his professionalism, extensive knowledge, and competitive pricing. His crew only works for him, are super professional, and experts at what they do. Had multiple keypads installed, six wired cameras, glass break sensors, window and door sensors, CO sensors, etc. Carlos is very responsive when we have questions or issues and a great resource. We recommend him highly and our friends who have used his service have had a similarly great experience. His prices are fair and reasonable. We believe you get what you pay for (especially when it comes to security) and he has been worth every penny.

Superb workmanship. Wiring inside basement bundled and attached in such a way that it is really hard to see where it runs. The necessary conduit next to the front door is beautifully/professionally placed in such a way that it does not interfere with the brick/stonework facade. Clear operating instructions were demonstrated so that even a "dinosaur" can confidently review the footage.

The process of selecting a new security system went very smoothly. We received some excellent advise from Security Doctors and were able to make some good decisions on a modern security system for our new home including the option to implement smart home functionality. Over the past year the company has provided great customer service, including e-billing option with invoices via e-mail. Also, after installation we needed to make a few minor adjustments and Security Doctors was able to handle easily to accommodate our needs. We would highly recommend this company for managing your home security system.

    I made an appointment to have someone come out, give me advice and provide a quote to install security cameras on my house and property. I was having problems with one of my neighbors who is in his 50's who had started to act aggressive toward me and my family and plus I have a 6 year old boy I wanted to protect against someone who might either just be an angry, hateful person or even might have some mental illness. I wanted to install security cameras to protect my family and home. Carlos, the owner of the company came out for the quote. He is a rare breed of provider. He patiently listens to your request and asks you what you would like done. No pushy sales or up selling. He didn't even ask if I wanted an alarm system, since I did explain to him what my needs were. It was nice to deal with him without the sales pitch. I asked to be able to have cameras record my property, own my own equipment, blend into the environment and have no blind spots on my property. Plus I wanted to make sure that it was not obvious to the neighborhood I was installing security on my home. Not once did Carlos interrupt me while I was explaining the situation. We came to agreement over the cost and had his company come out and install the equipment.
     As I requested, he pulled his van into my garage and started work. They were on time with their arrival. He kept me up to date on the installation as the work was being done. He provided me with several options of cameras, between sizes and quality of night vision. I took the best cameras he had for night vision. He even painted the cameras to blend them into the siding. After the installation, Carlos spent time with me, showing me how the DVR worked. He installed the remote viewing app into my iPad. I can even see what is going on with my home, through my phone, while I am out of the house. I am able to view live or recorded footage on my 50" TV, computer or phone. He spent time with me to make sure I was satisfied with all the views of the camera, making sure there are no blind spots. What is a plus is that the cameras blend well with the home and there is very clean lines to their work. 
   A few days after, the angry neighbor tried to pick a fight and started yelling again. Prior to the installation, he once went into my garage and started yelling. While he stepped up to me, looking to start a physical fight, I pointed to the cameras and he stepped off my property immediately. He now leaves me and my family alone now. The look on his face when he realized there was a camera recording his bullying and behavior was priceless. The cameras are there in case he gets violent and I have to physically protect my family and have proof of the confrontation, plus they are a great deterrent from trouble. I would recommend Security Doctors not just on the equipment they sell, but the great customer service they provide even days after the installation. 5 out of 5 stars, top notch quality.

I highly recommend Security Doctors. They use the highest level equipment and charge a fair price for it. The install was very well done and they are easy to deal with. I feel I received better technology than one of the big corporate competitors and I know I received better service.

Great Job!

Carlos came out a week prior to installation, listened to my needs and discussed his company and how he could help me reach my objectives. I have had alarm systems in the past and received three estimates at my new house. Carlos was the most knowledgable and did not try to up-sell me, while being patient. We aggreed to a package and he was able to install the system on the date I requested. The quality of his work is top-knotch and he not only understands his trade, he genuinely enjoys what he does. 
After installation, everything was explained in detail and he was not satisfied until he knew I fully understood everything about the installation/system. I have nothing but positive comments for Security Doctors (Carlos Lopez) and highly recommend this company.

For residential service, I felt the cost was high. I didn't like them. For one thing, they put me into a four-year contract. Once I realized that, I called to talk with them. I explained that I was unaware of this contract and they did not mention it when I signed the paperwork. When I asked to have the contract cancelled, they said I would have to pay $1,500 to get out of the contract. Later on, the same credit card I was paying with was compromised. I called back and spoke with supervisor named Carlos. I tried to negotiate to pay approximately $300 or $400 to cancel the contract and he refused. I sent them a certified letter that I was severing the relationship and was willing to pay. I have not heard from them since. I would never use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. . I am not trying to bad mouth the company, but business these days is about relationships. My suggestion to the company would be to have a little bit more of a spirit of a negotiation when circumstances that happen were unintended

It worked out very well! The person who did the sales and installation was very personable. He worked hard to explain everything to us and made sure everything worked which I really appreciate. They are very responsive. If we ever have a problem they will either call or we will call them and they will do the repairs immediately.
