They arrived on time, did a great job. No problems.

They did a great job. I use them to clean the carpets every year or two, as they always do a very good job at a more reasonable price than many other companies. I plan to have them clean my carpets again this spring.

Sears sent out two different groups of guys to clean the ducts and the carpets, both on the same day though. I'm located in a loft, so the guys had to snake the equipment up through my alleyway and in my sliding glass doors.
Both groups of guys were decent. The carpet cleaning guy was only going to clean around the furniture until I insisted that he clean the whole carpet but after that he did a good job.
I kept a close eye on both groups and they did a good job for the price (I can't remember the exact price but it was a lot better than any of the other places I contacted.)

Sears Carpet and Upholstery Care got the dirt out of the ducts. I have other problems so I don't know if that was coming from the ducts. They cleaned it up pretty good. They did their best. The price was fine because I did look at some other price and they were astronomical.

The two man crew arrived on time, they explained how they were going to clean the carpet and they explained why I was unable to remove the doggy puke stains. I have a house full of furniture and they moved the pieces that I was unable to move and replaced them. The carpet when they finished, looked as good as it did the day we moved in. They were totally professional and very pleasant. After called other carpet cleaners, and checking with the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List I was happy I chose Sears.

Debbie was very easy to talk too and schedule the work. I wanted to hire a reputable company to clean my condo b/c I have a tenant that sometimes doesn't want to pay for work done and complains. I explained to Debbie the exact work I wanted done and any additional services would be charged to my tenant. So far so good no complaints from my tenant means a job well done and nothing was damaged. The condo has been rented for 2 years and the grey carpets have never been cleaned, but they do keep it clean and have throw rugs in traffic areas so I don' t believe it was very dirty. They used a van to clean the carpets which is what I wanted and it went as expected and no extra charges.

They came, they saw, they did not conquer. Most of the stains came back.

The carpets were acceptable but the kitchen tiles were left filthy. The workers, one of which was a supervisor, told me that the grout was stained and unable to be cleaned. Immediately after they left, I was able to clean part it it using a simple hand brush. They had used professional grade power tools. When I called to complain, I was informed that they could not do the correction on Fridays because Fridays are allotted to only new work. I argued that fact being ridiculous especially due to the price I paid. Eventually, they agreed to come back on Friday. The new crew cleaned a bit more but still didn't get it all clean. I was still able to get more up after they left. At this point, I felt that it was no longer worth my time to argue any more and clean it myself. In the future, I would not hire them again and would probably go with a smaller, local business that takes pride in their work.

I've used them before. They always have coupons. The rate seemed very reasonable. They came out on short notice and I was able to schedule appointments online, which was convenient. It was nice a brand everyone knows and is familiar with.

They did a great job, explained everything to us, and had a good price. I will use them again in the future.

The overall experience was good and fine. They did exactly what I was expecting them to do. They gave me the estimate up front. It came out exactly what they said. They were pleasant guys. They were two guys and they did really well. They did a little bit more than I expected. There was nothing wrong that they did. I didn't have to wait.

It went well.from start to finish. They came back and did it again for free.

They guys were really nice. They were in and out within an hour. The price was good.

All stains were completely removed, carpets looked brand new. I made appointment only 3 days in advance, and I had no problem getting prompt service. They showed up within quoted time frame and moved all furniture and put right back where it belonged. Great experience, great price, will definitely use again.

I wasn't there for the experience my tenant was. She would not have called them back however, if they didn't do a good job the first and second time.

They were great to work with. They were very cooperative and obliging. They made sure to get the carpet clean. From wall to wall, every inch of the carpet was done. When I requested they go over some spots, they didn't hesitate. They got every stain out. It looked like brand new carpet when they were done. I would recommend them to others.
