The service turned out very good. We would use them again in the future. They were very clean and efficient. They were very timely and did a good job even with a smaller job. The company seemed very honest.

Scott is great, he unclogged a tub and then replaced the valve for the exterior water. Quick, great work. Will definitely use him again.

Good. Scott is nice & fair about pricing. If it's a quick visit & he can't fix it, he usually won't charge for the visit.

He was punctual and a nice person. He worked on a faucet. It wasn’t necessary to take out the entire faucet and take it to the faucet shop, but he did. What we actually needed was a new cartridge. We didn’t get that. He didn’t bring the equipment needed to do the job. Somebody else later said that the cartridge needed to be replaced. They were very reasonably priced.

We called Scott because the trap portion of the pipe was corroded through. He noticed that that was not the only problem. The next section of pipe also needed replacement. He did both, and cleaned up after himself very nicely. I asked him to look at a toilet that sometimes kept running regardless of handle jiggling or float adjusting. Not sure what he did, but it has worked perfectly ever since.

We think Scott has been hard working, dependable, honest and fair. The first time we called Scott we had broken our water shut-off valve in the "off" position while installing an add-on shower to our tub late Saturday night. We call several plumbers from Angie's List and Scott replied first and showing up Sunday morning at 8am. He helped us with our project giving us all kinds of great advice to navigate the plumbing on our 100-year-old house. We were so thankful that he rescued us, that we called him again for our next project, installing a garbage disposal. Once again he got back to us quickly and showed up on time, ready to go. He took out our rotted old pipes and installed new ones, as well as our disposal, very quickly. We think his prices have been very fair and expect to use him for all our projects in the future.

Scott returned my call quickly and was able to come to my home within one hour. I would definitely use him again.

They promptly responded during a recent hectic cold spell. They came out and fixed the plumbing problem immediately on a weekend. Scott was very nice and accommodating, especially given the emergency.

WE REALLY APPRECIATE HIS REASONABLE RATES, AND THE HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE HE PROVIDES.
