We were trying to schedule around Thanksgiving holiday so he was pretty busy. After a few attempts, we finally settled on a date that worked and everything went as expected... very well.

My breakers would get tripped all the time since I only had 3 amps when 4 is the standard and it became really annoying to go down to the basement to flip it back on. I couldn't run more than 1 appliance at a time, but I was afraid of the high cost to fix it. However, after living with it for 7 years, I decided it was time. Mark came recommended to me from a friend who is a contractor. He was friendly, punctual and professional. He did the work in the amount of time and money estimated. When a couple of problems surfaced after the job was complete, he came back and fixed them immediately. During that process, he found a faulty duct-taped wire. He also allowed me a few days to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Other condo owners had similar work done and paid over 2X more than I did. I would hire him for all my future electrical needs and trust him for a high quality job for a fair price. Now I can run more than 1 appliance at a time. Yeah!
