 + -1 moreSCM has upgraded the system in my home, were prompt in coming out, and will be finalizing the installation job as soon as my drywall is complete (in a few weeks). I have been pleased with their promptness to date, their work, and look forward to the final results a well secured home with inconspicuous alarm sensors.
Description of Work: SCM came out to my new home, reactivated an existing security system and added enhanced security including more window sensors, seeing eyes, glass break detectors among others. I had a break-in during renovation of my home and they came right away with creative solutions to solving the problem of providing security for a home without windows and doors!

 + -1 moreWE SOLICITED THREE BIDS FOR A NEW HOME SECURITY SYSTEM, AND SCM WAS THE MOST EXPENSIVE. HOWEVER, THE OWNER WAS THE MOST THOROUGH IN HIS INSPECTION OF OUR HOME, DIDN'T EMPLOY ANY SCARE TACTICS WITH US AND WAS THE ONLY VENDOR WHO PROMISED THAT THE WIRING WOULD BE DONE NEATLY. WHEREAS THE OTHER VENDORS SAID THAT THE WIRING WOULD JUST HAVE TO BE STAPLED TO OUR FINISHED BASEMENT CEILING. HE MADE SURE THAT IT WAS FISHED THROUGH. WE'RE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR SYSTEM AND THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WE RECEIVED. THE MONTHLY MONITORING FEE WAS REASONABLE.
Description of Work: INSTALLATION OF A HOME SECURITY SYSTEM WITH TWO KEYPADS, MOTION DETECTORS, GLASS BREAK SENSORS AND FIRE DETECTORS. PRICE ALSO INCLUDED ONE YEAR OF MONITORING.
