I had a watch that would slow down and eventually stop. I had taken it to another jeweler who took it apart and cleaned it, which seemed to help for a while. But it stopped again. I took it here, and at first thought that cleaning it was the only solution. Later, however, the experienced and caring repair guy discovered that the watch stem was too short for the watch and replaced it. So much for Swiss engineering. It works fine now!

This company is amazing! I wanted to have an old watch repaired for my husband for Christmas. 1 week before Christmas, I called and took the watch in for estimate. Lorenzo opened it up and found massive damage--the entire watch would have to be rebuilt. He gave me a very fair estimate, and I had him put on a new quartz and band. The watch was ready before Christmas. It looks fantastic. It's truly a one-of-a-kind piece. My husband was very surprised and pleased. We will be taking more watches there and buying their custom jewelry in the future as well. This is a family owned and run company who truly place their customer service first. Really fantastic. I cannot say enough!

Lorenzo repaired 3 problem watches for me, that no one has ever been able to fix before. He is a real gem. The type of craftsman that you will want to have a lifetime working relationship with. I wish I found him years ago.
