I have never seen a wall done by Sam Sabovic Professional Painting & Decorating fail prematurely unless damage was caused from another source (like exterior water infiltration or broken pipes). In fact, our building, a vintage co-op, recently created a preferred vendor category which so far is a list of only Sam. Many shareholders are even willing to pay the difference if a lower estimate bid is chosen for work in their units. I feel strongly that "no one but Sam touches my walls." Sorry this is vague. I just think a skilled craftsman in a dying art must be treasured.

Showed up on time to give an estimate. Showed up on time to start & finished on time. Great communication through the complete process. Excellent work, very professional!!
