SN Peck did an excellent job on our bathroom and we are very pleased with the result. Marcia made much appreciated design suggestions and was straight forward with costs and time frame. It was a pleasure working with her, the project manager, and the other professionals working on the project, who were very considerate. We especially appreciated their patience and skill in working with an older building that often comes with surprises. We highly recommend SN Peck and will be working with them again.

Mostly, very well. Not knowing what needs to be done in the beginning [with leak investigation], scheduling is tedious and somewhat unpredictable, as is the final cost. Patience is a virtue and appreciated by all parties. SNPeck is very respectful of the contents and finishes inside and outside the home - always careful to cover and protect a wide radius beyond the construction areas and are forthcoming with communication of findings and remedies. The end result is perfection. [although we are plagued with leaks from varying sources]

SN Peck was very good. The GC and Project Manager were very attentive and checked on the work multiple times per week. The subs were polite, kind, respectful of my house and property, showed up when they said they would. All did quality work and were flexible with change orders and had a great attention to detail to get everything done. All issues brought up were addressed to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Very well, everything turned out fine. I probably had 5-6 different guys in over two weeks. They were professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. They did it on short notice and got my project squeezed in.

All contracted tasks were completed. It was a smaller project than originally anticipated, because I decided to keep the existing sound insulation of carpet and not install hardwood flooring in two rooms. I loved their old world personability and nearby location (my general contractor Tammy replied to emails by driving over to my place and talking to me in person, and their veteran President is a Habitat for Humanity exec), as well as their thoughtful pointers on my own DIY projects (painting, floor installation, etc.).

Overall a very good experience.  The work was good quality and the contractor was great, very professional.  The project time frame went over the estimate by a day, but not too bad.  Would definitely use them again.

I have used them for minor repairs and major renovation and replacement for 20 years.  They are superb craftsmen with great attention to detail and won't leave until you are completely satisfied.  Their prices are on the high side but worth it.

The crew appeared on-time, completed the work successfully, and make great efforts to maintain a clean area before, during and after the work was completed.  Initially the project was to repair the drywall only, but made a change order to have the area painted and install a kitchen end cabinet.  The entire project was successful, and we're all very happy with the results.  The cabinet is well made (better than existing), and I'm very happy with the drywall and painting that was completed.  After about a day of small tasks, the room was complete, and then filled with new furniture.

Had a roofing leak that caused water damage to top floor bedroom.  Hired roofers, but then needed to fix about half of the bedroom ceiling and
one of the walls that incurred water damage.  SN Peck did the tear out of the soggy drywall and wet insulation.  SN Peck did a really excellent
job in replacing the insulation and drywall, taping, mudding then sanding seams, priming and repainting.  Very, very professional, super neat, confined the dust really well, cleaned up everything, primed and repainted the entire ceiling and the entire wall that was water damaged.  Worked really quickly and efficiently.  Very happy with everything.

The initial step is consultation with Bob Zimmerman the remodeling consultant who does a walk through to make sure he understands what the customer wants and makes recommendations to get the job done in the most efficient manner. He's quite good in this role.  After the need has been assessed, a date is scheduled for a specialist to come out and do the work. I have used S.N. Peck on multiple occasions for handyman jobs in my condo and thus far I have been very satisfied with each specialist's work. They can do small and large jobs if needed. Great work.
