We used this company because of a referral. If we could give this company a zero we would. We had our windows (Advanced Windows brand) installed in our home on September 13, 2021. FIRST; the crew showed up TWO hours late. No call to advise that they were running behind. We had to call the owner to be sure we were still on and he said yes. That was at 20 minutes late. Then we called again when they were an hour late. The owner said they were “probably” getting supplies. Still no apology. Then we tried calling the owner when they were two hours late and received his voice, which was full! So we couldn’t even leave a message. When the crew finally arrived, no apology. Casement windows were installed. One casement window installed opened the same as the other casement window instead of the opposite. Ok, fine not a great big deal. But still. Then one of the guys removed a tarp that they had covering part of our guest bed and lamp, knocking down the lamp bending the stem on it. He wasn’t even going to tell us. We had given them bottles of water. One of the guys working downstairs on the family room windows placed the water bottle right on our wooden top for our fireplace mantel AFTER we had provided him with a coaster. Had to ask him twice to use the coaster. We just didn’t want a ring on our wood from the water bottle. Another gentleman was a smoker. We provided him with an ashtray (outside) and he never used it. He used our driveway and lawn instead. Very unprofessional. We sent the owner a text wanting to discuss the experience. He never responded. If you want Advanced Windows brand, which so far we are extremely happy with DO NOT USE ROSTZORKVIT CO (Igor is the owner). Contact Advanced Windows yourself and use them directly, but don’t use Igor’s company.

Installed new window in bathroom. I purchased window at a big box store, and a previous contractor did not install correctly. Igor was prompt, knowledgeable and had job assigned by the next business day. Great guy!

Igor was very quick to get back to me, he was very friendly and gave me a great price. He has a thick accent and it was easier to text him my information than to say it out loud. He came with four guys and they had it all done in four hours. It looks great!

7/26/13 UPDATE - BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY: I don't know what happened. I had him come by and give me another quote because I wanted additional gutter work done, that was on 6/6/13, so it's been almost 2 months and he hasn't done the work yet. I gave him a $200 deposit and he is no longer answering my phone calls and ignoring me. I am contacting my bank to try to recover my $200 deposit. BEWARE of using this company, they don't do the work and take your money and run. I will update with what happens. Thanks. They arrived early and got to work right away, they finished almost all of the work described in a day and then came back and did the rest later. Quality looks good, I had problems with the fascia board rotting and making holes where the squirrels got in. They went ahead and replaced all the rotten wood and covered it with aluminum so it would not rot again. Feels good to know that I have a secure house now. The patio door they installed is great quality and much better than what I would have gotten a a big box store. It comes with a key and foot lock for extra security and is energy efficient. These guys do great quality work for cheap, very good value. I'll be keeping their number in case I have future problems :) I rated 'B' for Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Professionalism though because there is a slight language barrier and they do not speak perfect English, but it's not terribly hard to understand and you're getting a deal compared to what you'd get with other companies so I'm definitely willing to put up with it.

They do amazing work! Very detailed and clean work. Igor is very prompt in responding to calls and all workers arrived on time and were very courteous. The house looks sooooo much better!
