once they arrived and accessed the situation, they went to work and in no time it was done.

I have been trying to get these folks out to address a pest problem and they promise and then don't deliver. And then finally they stopped responding. I rarely write negative reviews but these folks are not reliable.

Rose was the first to reply for "my request for quote". Sales guy came to look at the scope of the work, we agreed on a price. Exterminator came 48 hours later exactly on time and took care of business. Centipedes have yet to reappear !!??

This company turned out to be useless and wasted a lot of my time. Initially, they were very prompt with regard to scheduling someone to come assess the problem. However, the person they sent was an "account manager" and she didn't seem to know much about actual extermination. She seemed more intent on trying to sell our building a monthly package. She came to do the assessment and then promised to send an estimate. I waited almost 2 weeks to hear from her and only after I texted her did she send the estimate. The info on the estimate was very minimal and didn't describe the actual work that would be done. It just outlined an obvious package template. I responded right away with about 4 questions about how the service would be done, whether pets or children could be in the unit etc... and I never ever got a response. Very unhelpful.

Exterminator arrived, moved stove, placed poison in several places and left. We din't think he has done much, but mice are gone and we are happy. Before using exterminator we tried traps and rat poison without success.

So far, so good. We haven't had any recurrence of the rodents since the traps were laid. A follow up was recommended but was not scheduled. I will be following up.

Rose exterminator did an excellent job! Warm friendly representative. He was very professional in giving advice and tips. Good follow up and prompt response.

They came in, did a quick analysis and explained to me how to look for them. My building, The Covington, 4600 N. Clarendon Ave, Chgo, IL 60640, hired Rose. They had another at least 10 more apartments to do for the bed bugs. Rose was great, very nice and knowledgeable. Horizon Realty Group, owners/managers of The Covington, changed on a dime of formerly being nice to being nasty. The work never got done.

Steve came for both jobs and is reliable, knowledgeable, and prompt. The ants are long gone and I haven't seen any rats lately. They will come back in a month to check the rat bait boxes.

Well, but a junior service professional came (twice) and I feel is experience level was not quite what we needed. I would hire again as they were quick, prompt and clear on their services.

They were excellent, I really like Rose. I would recommend them. The technician was very thorough.

We had a few ants come back. He came back within a month's time and repeated the process. It was fine. No ants came back since then. The price and how could the product is. The ants have not returned. I have never had such a good response from an exterminating company.

Very Excellent. We had a problem with the ants in the basement. This guy came over and did the outside and the inside with powders granules and different things. He said that if the ants come back within the months time, then he will come back and do it for free of charge. It was pretty good the first time but a few ants came back and repeated the process at no charge and we have not had any ants since then. The technician who was an older man was very good too. The ants have not come back. I have used other exterminators and bought things in the past. The ants always return quickly. We have not had any problems since he came back

I could see a big difference that same day. Will come back out 2 more times this year.

Very well. Our Rose exterminator was very knowledgeable and thorough. Walk me around our house and pointed out areas of access for the ants. Total project was two visits, roughly 3 weeks apart.

Very well, service man was prompt, professional and respectful of our home. They came back 2 weeks later because more ants were found.

Easy to schedule, 2 hour window given, called when he was close, courteous, effective. Used a couple of years ago & will keep their name as my preferred pest control company.

It went very well! The exterminator sprayed in all necessary areas and laid mouse traps in all units.

After initial assessment and service, contact was unresponsive to requests to start a monthly service. Looking for a new company now.

He came and did an inspection and made suggestions. No services were done.

Michael showed up on time, asked what problems we were having, and went around the house spraying and leaving little ant-gels when necessary (in the kitchen). Within hours, the ants were taking the bait (the gels) and they haven't been back since. Michael also explained some of what he was doing to us - very informative.

We have had a good experience with Rose. They are easy to schedule (about 1 - 2 days notice to have someone out), they are thorough, and whatever they use to spray is effective. We have been using them for about 4 months now, and generally one visit keeps the pests away until the next visit. In July, the ants came back faster, and Rose sent someone out a second time in the month at no additional charge. Overall, we are happy with the results and feel the pricing is fair.

They were very responsive and performed their work with a 30-day warranty. They honored their warranty returning 3 times and helped us to significantly reduce the pests.
