Roman visited the house, looked at chairs to determine what restuffing needed to be done, discussed color waives and type of fabric I wanted for all chairs, discussed welting options etc.  Brought fabric samples to the house, and fabric run samples sent so that I could approve color, picked up the furniture for reupholstery,stored it as my contractor did not finish when expected, delivered and installed furniture.  I have used Roman for several projects and recommended them to friends. They always exceed expectations.

The owners were present through out the project. There were a lot of specific designs that we wanted and changed the plans at times, but they were always accommodating. The quality was excellent and if there were any issues, they resolved it immediately.
