say that the shutters won't work in the cold. They say that they will freeze. They never told me that when I was buying them. I have a 10 year warranty on the shutters. Yet they charge for repair over and over. They do a bad job of repairing them. They take about a month to contact you or they won't unless you continue to call. Very bad service.

It never occurred.
Description of Work: We telephoned more than three weeks ago. The person we spoke to said he would call back in two days to set up an appointment. We did not hear from them. We called again yesterday and they said would call back. This company does not seem to be very professional. When we made the first call the representative said it would cost $145.00 just for the coming to see the work. I would never recommend them for anything.
