Plumbing
We called and a person name John came. He gave us an estimate. We agreed to have the work done. They came in broke the foundation, said to replace sewer pipe. They poured cement. Shortly after water came back, we asked them to come back to review the work done. When they came back they said, "there is another pipe broken." We agree to do the service, they never came back. Now it been a year.

Plumbing, Drain Cleaning
It didn't go well. A week after the work, I still had water in my basement. There is also water sitting in my basement shower even though they snaked the line as far out as the street. Furthermore, the water appears to be groundwater, not sewer water. This leads me to believe that the gentleman didn't know the true cause of the problem from the beginning. I must now try to get them to return and fix these issues.
