We are a family owned and operated business. This business was started by three brothers (Robbie, Jack and Benjamin Faught) in 2004. We currently employ a total of 6 technicians and feel confident that we have the best team of any garage door company around. Our low prices and ultra quality workmanship, combined with our highly responsive / always available scheduling make us stand out from our competition. We look at each job as an opportunity to wow our customers with exceptional service and unmatched technical abilities. George was very thorough in explaining the situation and the repair. He also adjusted the door so it opens wider. He let me know what to look for if and when the "ancient" springs fail since the opener itself is brand new and the springs look original. A time up was included in the repair price. Very friendly and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend.

Aaron was very professional. Explained the work and completed the job quickly. I requested for a specific clicker type which Aaron did not have and he said he would come back with the clicker and also install the code in my car's garage opener buttons. He did not take payment for the job until he returned with the clicker which he did promptly.

Morris did a great job! He was very responsive and answered all questions. Did high quality work in the time frame agreed upon. Neat and efficient. Very courteous. We are quite happy with the quality. The doors open quietly and smoothly now. Condo with two garage doors, one large and one small. Two LiftMaster motors. One key pad. Six new remotes (two per unit). Total cost was 1780.00.

They fixed it and it's working well. They installed two new springs. The person that scheduled the service call explained you should have both fixed because they are typically installed at the same time and break around the same time; you may get an extra week or two out of the other one.

Called them in the morning to schedule a technician to come and got a price quote of 200ish, the technician called around the scheduled time and said the he might be roughly 2 hours late due to his current client, which is understandable. When the tech arrives, he gave me a quote of 300 instead of 200ish, he even called his boss to confirm and the boss said his quote was for one spring instead of two (I mean, why would you give me a quote for just one spring replacement, the proper way to fix it should be replacing the pair) Since I really need my garage door to be working, I bite the bullet and have him do it for 300. He did throw in new rollers replacement and lubrication on the roller and track. But the price is on the high side comparing to what my friends have experienced with other vendor. I do have to say, their tech is well trained and is very polite, which is a plus.

My garage door locked-up on me this morning and George came right out, promptly identified the probelm and had it working in less than 40 minutes. I would not hesitate to call Robert's again, they are officially my go-to for garage doors!

They were quite honest and noted that it was actually functioning pretty well and it just has a noise and jerky start. They made a slight adjustment and oiled it. Only charged me for the visit, no repairs.

The installation went very well. Because the building was over 100 years old and had never had garage doors on it before, the Roberts Garage Door owners met with a carpenter who had done work for me before to have prep work done prior to the installation. The carpenter completed the work to Roberts' specifications and the subsequent installation of all three doors was completed in one day! Then Roberts' staff came back a second day to add the locks, handles and accents to the doors. The transformation of this building is just amazing!

Very well. I called about a door that suddenly wouldn't open or close at 8:30 pm and someone came out the next day - today, a Saturday. Aaron told me what was wrong, what it would cost and completed the work in a timely way. He installed new springs, oiled the moving parts, repaired the seal at the bottom of the door and re-calibrated the remote opener. I was given a senior discount as well.

These guys are great and the tech immediately knew that the springs on the door were not strong enough for the garage door. He had larger ones on his truck and fixed it right away. I have used them before and they are very trustworthy.

Received call back from owner promptly after leaving voicemail in the morning. Appt set for the same afternoon. Morris was great - called to confirm he was on the way, great listener, and was confident in fixing the problem. Also gave advice on a creative way to prevent the sunlight interference in the future. His adjustments took less than 5 minutes and everything is back to working perfectly. Couldn't be happier.
