Mr. Chris was very knowledgeable on what had to be done on my parents building, Chris would explain all his doings on the job and would show us the damage which time has done over the years on this 118 year old building. My parents were very pleased with Mr. Chris and his staff. It felt like working with family. He was a blessing to this house.
