Overall, I am tremendously pleased with the quality of Rios' work - he did a beautiful job on my small front yard I needed paved due to lack of sunlight from the trees (it was dirt). 

My biggest issue with him was he was somewhat hard to pin down..but it was worth the effort in the end.  I had an estimate scheduled back in June which he never showed up for and didn't return my calls so initially wrote him off..but as I hadn't found anyone else that matched the quality of his sample pictures online..I tried again.  He aplogized for the earlier incident saying he did not know what happened so I chalk it up to him being busy. 

He did a great job constructing the design I worked out with him, which was somewhat complex design.  The bricks are even and tighly sealed. 

His price was very fair - more than what an independent lanscaper might charge...but well worth it given he brings all the bricks (vs. having to go to pick them up myself) and for his craftsmasnhip.
