RIGHT ON FUTON

Unlike the previous reviewer our experience was that the
clerk was responsive and informative while leaving us
alone to discuss our choices.
Recommend highly.

DId Parking was easy. I entered the store and there was one employee, a youngish guy, who stuck to the back of the cavernous store without greeting me. I inquired about the frame/futon I wanted. He sidled over to me and pointed it out. I won't take you through the details but I had to prompt him for every bit of help I got. He offered no information until I, again prompted him. I know this type of guy, I'm even friends with this type of guy, but his, er, ambivalent behavior had me turning around and leaving without purchasing. I was fortunate enough to find on Craigslist the exact same frame and set for half the price, used, but in great condition.
But I WOULD recommend this place because it's an independent place, sells futon frames made by a guy up in Wisconsin, the prices seem reasonable, and you just may get a better salesperson if you drop by.

They had a wide selection of frames, mattresses, and covers available. The salesperson was knowledgable about the differences in the mattresses, and helpful in steering me towards what would work for the purposes I had in mind. She explained the differences in the types of frames, and showed me how to operate the whole system. Delivery was scheduled for a week later. The delivery men showed up on time after calling to let me know they were on the way, and explained what was in each box. Set up is also available for an extra fee, but I chose to do that myself. I had searched some online retailers also, and probably could have gotten one slightly cheaper that way, but it was very helpful to be able to actually try out the various mattress options and see the covers in person. It's a great addition to our rec room!

Reasonable helpful and courteous service. Not a great many choices in futon covers, but better than one other store I checked out. My choice was an aesthetic compromise, but it is of sound quality.

THEY HAVE ONE OF THE BEST FUTON MATTRESSES I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEIR PRICES ARE BETTER THAN THEIR COMPETITION'S. THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF FABRICS.
