Very well. Service person was on time. He wore covers on his shoes. He moved 2 pieces of furniture rather than just cleaning around them Carpet looks good.

We couldn’t have had a better experience. We had the process explained, the work done promptly and thoroughly and at a very competitive price.

Amazing! Perfect!!!! He even put tin foil under the wood feet of the chair, so it didn't get wet from the shampoo.

I used his carpet cleaning coupon offer. Mr. Bosy called very shortly after I accepted the offer and we discussed what I wanted done. The carpet on the main floor, stairs and hallway needed cleaning and stains removed. He explained what he would do and how and stated he does not move heavy furniture. I told him that the main room was still extremely cluttered and was not ready for cleaning. He was willing to postpone his service and called 2 months later to see if we were ready. I was impressed by his responsiveness and willingness to postpone until we uncluttered the house. When the day finally arrived we still didn't get all the clutter out but it could be shuffled around easily. Now I saw how deplorable condition the carpet were in. Mr. Bosy brought in his equipment and got down to business. He vacuumed the carpet thoroughly before cleaning and applied stain remover. I showed him dried glue glob on the carpet that was rock hard. He worked on it for some 20+ minutes trying to get it out using hand steamer. Alas I allowed him to cut carpet fibers which got the glob out but still had dried glue on the fibers.. He had more success with the bad stains in the entry ways and in front of the doors. He did not use a deep steam cleaner for our carpets but instead rotating brush that scrubbed the carpet with carpet soap. I did not want the carpet steamed since it takes longer to dry. In 2 hours the carpet was dry. I did not expect a miracle but Mr. Bosy succeeded in raising the condition of the carpet from deplorable to decent by giving it a long overdue cleaning and eliminate odors. All in all, I'm satisfied with the work done.

Excellent work cleaning the carpet. Cleaning all the spots throughly well and the high traffic areas cleaned so well the carpet looks like new. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Ross for a dedicated through job of carpet cleaning.

Ross was great. He was quick to respond to me, easy to schedule a time, showed up when promised, and did a great job at cleaning our carpet. He even got out a tough printer ink leak stain that 2 other cleaning companies in the past couldn't clean. I was very impressed! We will definitely hire his services again!

Good! Ross was very professional and fit us in his schedule. We had an Angie’s List Coupon Deal to have three rooms for $150. Ross was on time, worked hard and did a good job. Unfortunately, he said some our areas of our carpet were stained too deeply, and there was only so much he could do. Still we recommend him, as he worked hard, explained things clearly and did a professional job. Pleasant customer Service too!

We had a pet who was ill and so had some very tough stains (including a couple that had been treated by another cleaning service and not completely removed). Ross responded almost immediately to my inquiry, made time to come on a weekend, and did an outstanding job. Really great service.

Ross is a really dedicated man of his craft. He had a HUGE amount of supplies and equipment, spent at least two hours cleaning a few rooms and staircase, and was very dedicated to returning my highly trafficked and stained carpet back to some degree of its earlier luster. He even had UV lights to identify pet stains... Well, I've had this carpet in a rental house for 14 years. He nailed it. It looks amazing. Another company with a 30-year history and tons of great reviews wanted a min. of $250. Ross charged $175. Ross is the only guy I'm calling for carpet cleaning in the future. Lucky as **** to have found him.
