Gentlemen, It has been over four months since we had our house repiped. The water pressure has been great. I don't know why we put up with the slow running water, our galvanized pipes were so loaded with mineralized material after years of village well water, water softener salt and city water lime, The flow was so slow that it would take 3 1/2 minutes for the hot water to travel from the water tank to the upstairs bathroom. Repipe Specialists arrived at 7:00am walk through the house told us what they were going to do and asked what we wanted. at 7:15 the water was shutoff and the work started. They removed old, galvanized pipe quickly. Durning the day the crew would ask us if we would look at their work. They worked fast and kept the work areas clean. Bye the time the crew were through for the day we had our water running, the next day the crew were back to finish up with the plumbing fixtures and final connections in our baths. The third day the drywall crew came in and repaired the walls that had to be opened and they fixed tile in our guest bath (you would not know that the tile and grout wall was opened) I would recommend the Repipe Specialists and their sub-contractors I give them a five-star rating. Myself and my wife would hire them again, we were very much pleased their workmanship.

We’re about one month out post-work at this point. The increase in water pressure is a huge improvement. The entire team from Ray’s Plumbing (subcontracted be RePipe) was professional, punctual and polite. The work was completed in approximately 3 1/2 days as planned. The crew was incredibly clean (at the end of each day) and Performed exactly to the level agreed upon. We have been very happy with the result thus far and would recommend Repipe, as well as Ray’s Plumbing, to anyone considering a repipe job in the area.

Amazing! Promised the work would be completed in a couple of days and they actually re-piped (using all copper pipes which is required if living in Chicago) in ONE day ( 7AM - 3PM). The following day plasters came and beautifully fixed any holes that had been needed access the existing pipes. Tarps had been laid by the crews throughout the entire 3 floors of our house during the entire process each day and the clean up of both crews was a very pleasant surprise...couldn't believe how simple they made the process look. A plumber would have taken days to do the work but Repipe Specialists of IL know exactly what to do and they keep you informed every step. From the initial visit where they go through your house with you explaining where holes might need to be made and how they'll tackle the project. Couldn't have been happier! HIGHLY RECOMEND!!!

They where wonderful, first day they arrived on time, and they covered all my carpeting, and explained what they were going to do. They showed us where they would need to make holes in are walls, they finished that day repiping. They next day a second crew arrived on time to patch up all the holes, they did a excellent job and clean up everything. So it took two days, and they did a great job.

"We can't live like this anymore!" Our water pressure in the kitchen was a trickle. I would use water bottles to capture the trickle to fill up my coffee maker. We knew it was going to be a big project to re-pipe the house so we hesitated for a long time. But, it had to be done. We finally made the call. Ross came out and did the estimate which was reasonable. We said "let's do this". We could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Repipe specialists. They have the most experience from what I could research and they had good references. Tim and Kim, the excellent husband and wife team, ran the project and did a terrific job. The hardest part was clearing away decades of "stuff" in our house to get to the pipes. We got it done so that the repiping could go forward. Now I go to my kitchen sink and literally have to turn the faucet down a bit because the water gushes out of the nice new faucet with full pressure. I am still amazed and wish I had called sooner. It took exactly one week from beginning to end where a number of walls and ceilings had to be opened to get at all the pipes. Fortunately, one of the walls turned out to be a major wall with the majority of pipes. They were very prompt to arrive every morning and did an excellent job of cleaning up after each days work.

Job was completed in the agreed time that was said to necessary. Crews were very professional and timely. Overall very satisfied, would use again if need occured

dave came out and gave estament even tho he was late getting here he called and informed me that he would be late, when i had questions after he left i called he answered and followed up. the crew was early went right to work cleaned up every thing and departed in 5 hours water is working great would rehire and recommend

I was very satisfied with RePipe Specialists and the work they performed at my house. It is somewhat of a scary thought of having your house tore up open walls, plastic barriers, no water, dust and all the other stuff that goes with this kind of project. However, they addressed my fears with a plan day one they would open walls. Day two the pipe replacement and at he end of that day I had water available to use. Day three the walls were patched. Each day they arrived on time and left between 3 and 4 PM. They clean up each day. After an extensive research of plumbers I am very confident that I selected the right company for my project. I would refer them to anyone who needs pipe replacement.

All went excellent. David, the sales agent, went over the process and possible solutions and a price, though a little higher than I expected, was agreed upon and contract signed. Horatio, the supervisor came over about a week before the projected start date. We talked about the possible solutions and the final process and secured a start date. He said the job would take 2 days. 1 day plumbing and 1 day patching. On the start date, 5 plumbers, one being Horatio, showed up at 7:00 am. by 2:15 pm, all the plumbing was done and the water was up and running and all was cleaned to my satisfaction. The next day, the patching crew came in at 7:15 am. They got to work. by 3:15 pm, all was done and cleaned up. The patching was done on white walls and was so well done we thought it was painted, as well. Just a great job by all. I highly recommend this company.

Brand new cooper pipes and three sources of water can be running and the pressure is great. The gentleman who gave me an estimate was professional and friendly. He pointed out a few things in the house that were not up to code and they were added to the to do list. The plumbers arrived at the appointed time, their work and attitude were very professional. The patched dry wall is seamless. The work areas were cleaned up before they left. My experience with all the individuals I came in contact with was a very good one.

This company exceeded our expectations from Sales, Service to Installation. We were amazed that they completed our job with a day, even with me on their heels watching and asking questions. Their entire crew worked very efficiently and left our home in immaculate condition. Could not be more impressed.

It went extremely well, and exactly as advertised. Extremely neat. They kept us apprised every step of the way.

Workers were on time and professional. Very friendly and competent staff. They even patched an access hole which was no longer needed after the job was done.

The repiping was completed in 2 days. Sheetrock repair was completed the next day. The work crews were very efficient and cleaned up the work areas each day. All work was done on the schedule promised.

I wish I had done this sooner. The thought just sounded so intense we just keep patching leaks. From the initial quote to the actual process of repiping my home, this was the easiest thing I have ever done. Six men arrived on time. Each one introduced themselves to me with a handshake, and they went to work. 5 1/2 hours later they were done, cleaned up, and gone. Two days later a new crew showed up and repaired all the sheetrock. AMAZING.....

It went amazingly smoothly. Before the project started, the head of the project, Horatio, came out to the house and went through everything that was going to be done. He told me exactly which areas I needed to clean out and what to expect. The plumbers came on time and did their work quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves each day. The plumbers took two days. At the end of their work, they walked me through the house explaining everything that they had done. They did a lot more than I expected them to do. Then the plasters came in to fix all the holes throughout the house. They also came promptly and did an amazing job repairing the many holes in the walls, cabinets and ceilings. It took them 2 1/2 days to finish their work. Again, each day they cleaned everything up before they left . I would definitely recommend this company if you need your pipes replaced.

Tenants were moving out of a rental property and upon inspection the cold water was not working in the upstairs bathroom. Quickly came to realize the 60 year old galvanized plumbing was going to need replacing. I called a few plumbers in the area, all have great reputations and were completely capable for the task. I chose Repipe Specialists because it's all they do and Repipe not only fixes the plumbing, they will patch your walls upon completion. I didn't have time to hire another contractor to patch the walls, not to mention the additional cost. They were in one day to replace the failing galvanized and the next day the crew came into patch. It went as promised and I couldn't ask for anything more than that.

Everyone connected with this job did an excellent job. Tenants had use of water everyday during construction. All debris was taken care of.. Job went quickly and professional. We are planning to use them again at a different location. Just great people to hire.

When I found out that I had to repipe, I was so stressed out because any major work on my house stresses me out, in addition to the fact that I was having visitors from out of town that month. The rep from Repipe came out, gave me the estimate, did the financing paperwork, and gave me potentional dates. The work was done promptly, one week and a half later with little to no stress to me or disruption to the household. I had days to spare to prepare the house for my visitors. I never thought that it could be that smooth. I would recommend Repipe Specialists of Illinois.

Their work went very very well. They arrived on time, completed work on time and left the house as clean or cleaner then when they arrived. Especially liked that they re-patched all of the walls that needed to be opened for them to complete their work. They were even nice enough to repair walls that were opened by other trades working in the house. Since they have completed their work we have no issues with water flow to any of our fixtures. I am very pleased with the work performed and would not hesitate to use them again.

After getting several quotes for changing the basement pipes in our 3bd, 2bt home (all of which were above $8000), I called Repipe Specialists. They quoted me $6400 to do the whole house! They were very personable, did good work, finished on schedule, cleaned up well, and followed the quote to the penny. I would've given 5 stars, but somehow the work caused our old, concrete tub to start leaking. I was told that would be a separate job (and more $$$). So aside from the incidental tub leak, I had a very positive experience. I'd use them again, if I didn't have a house full of new, shiny pipes :)

It went like they scheduled, I planned a vacation week around their time....it was early in the season for them so the sooner the better for me. I wasn't in a hurry but the 2 days ran into 3 but it didn't bother my time at all. I had to call them back to adjust the height of the out side water supply for the garden hose. I didn't notice a great increase in water pressure like the commercial stated but seeing the inside of some of the pipes they showed me was worth it to me to get them replaced. The crew seemed to be fast and knowledgeable for the job and kept the dust and debris down as best they could. It still took me a few days to get our house back to normal after the dust and paint fumes settled. I'm not in to two to three weekend when it comes to doing projects like this. I wanted it done ASAP.....
