REI communication is very good. I texted a photo of my hotwater heater that was ready for replacement (17 years old), and we discussed that I wanted a Bradford White heater as they are highly reputable for home hotwater heaters. From our initial conversation around 8 AM, we had a brand new heater installed before 2 PM. Juan worked promptly and did clean work. The price we discussed over the phone was reflected in the invoice that was emailed to me. Also, the price I paid was not more than what was anticipated given some pricing research.

CANNOT SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF THESE GUYS!!!! REI was amazing and couldn't be happier with everything about the process. From the initial visit to try and diagnose our issue, to the thoughtfulness of the estimate/proposal, to the diligence and care demonstrated while doing the work, these guys are top-notch all the way. We had a few issues with rainwater during a couple of those horrible torrential rains over the past few years so we brought in several people to take a look at the situation and make recommendations. Donal and REI were the only people to thoroughly inspect our current system before making a recommendation and ended up finding the true root cause of our problem - cleaning up the shoddy work done by a previous contractor. Long story short, thank god we went with him and his team because I am now certain that we would have spent tons of money on work that probably wouldn't have fixed anything and, in fact, could have made things worse. During the work, his team was thoughtful while being in our home (which is awesome during the COVID-19 situation) and they were very very careful about keeping things protected and clean given that part of our basement needed to be dug up. Long story short, REI will be my go-to for any and all plumbing needs in the future.

REI did a great job...showed up on time, completely met expectations, and held to the estimate provided before starting the job. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I hired REI plumbing both for my house and my work. They were great. They did great work at a fair price. At my work they installed a new hot water heater and at my home they fixed a slow drain on my shower. Turns out a previous plumber had left a rodding bit in the drainage pipe. The REI plumber was able to remove the bit and clear the blockage. I would highly recommend REI Plumbing.

REI did an amazing job. I have an older home and they recommended the appropriate upgrades and general maintenance on sewer lines. The team was quick to respond and very professional. I will call them again if needed!!

REI Plumbing replaced our leaky kitchen faucet, a smelly garbage disposal and helped with a flooding issues after a toilet ring went bad. They are punctual, do quality work and charge a fair price. I would highly recommend them.

They are very reliable. They come very quickly. They are very clean and competent. The quality is high. The labor cost is $145 an hour. I thought they were pricey.

I had an emergency water leak during the cold snap in January, I called numerous plumbers and they either did not answer or were not available to come out on short notice. I called REI Plumbing and spoke with Donal, he happened to be in our area on his way home from work, he came right over and stopped the leak and fixed our pipe within a couple short hours!! He was very easy to work with, HONEST and reasonably priced. I will recommend REI Plumbing to everyone I know...Be sure to ask for Donal!!
