"I am sorry you feel this way but as we have stated on your other reviews on other sites we explained everything to your landlord -both the prices and procedures were gone over with him. As I have states before yes I was in the office but was busy as she stated. She never said your wife was a liar when your wife called at 3:35 demanding we be out before 5. She told her we would be out the next morning between 8 & 12 and stated to her that the technician would not have the authorization to state we would be out the same day as no heats take precedence. When she stated she was the tenant and not the land lord and got rude my secretary asked to speak with the landlord as he was the one that called everything in and was informed of the procedures. When you called after hours and my secretary called you back from our office you proceeded to call her names and tell her what a piece of garbage she was for not abiding by your wife's wishes. I am sorry you were inconvenienced but we do the best we can and an hour and a half notice was simply not enough time to get a tech out same day for a hot water tank when I had clients with no heat I also called your Landlord and went over this with him and he understood. I hope you get everything settled and things go better for you."

"Sorry about the problem, but right on the ticket from last Friday which you signed it says customer refused access to thermostat. I am sorry the thermostat went bad and evidently it was the problem because you replaced it and it is working. Again, sorry for any inconvenience on your part. Thank you for the review.
