This is a phenomenal locally-owned business. Red was on site to supervise at all times and personally answered the phone when I first called. He had a lot of resources he could call upon including extra truck space as the job was bigger than I had originally described. The staff was in uniform, energetic and professional at all times. Best of all, there was absolutely no judgement about the mess. They were thorough, checking every closet and cabinet twice, and super fast. Would definitely use him again.

. I accepted the proposal.  He called his crew and with four trucks they dismantled and remove old appliances, furniture and just old junk. They worked steadily for over seven hour, and when finished they cleaned up the house and area.  Red and his crew
were prompt, reliable and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone that requires a hauling service.

On time, speedy, efficient, courteous, very good attitude of helpfulness. Cleaned up before leaving. They're not cheap, but are reasonably priced. Would happily use them again.

Red showed up for an estimate with a truck and crew ready to go on my agreement to his estimate. After I accepted his offer, the job was done after nearly three hours. After they finished, they also took some junk I had in the garage after the agreed-upon work.
Red knows how to get the job done!

Easy to book the appointment, and they could do a Saturday pick-up which was a huge help for my schedule. On time and very professional.

It went great. Lawrence and David did a GREAT job. Really nice and really helpful. Asked questions about what was going and what was staying. They worked really fast and hard. They arrived exactly on time and I met them in the alley. They made a potentially anxiety filled process painless and fast. They moved tons of stuff but they also moved several seriously heavy items no problem from throughout the house and garage. They packed the truck floor to ceiling with our stuff with seeming ease! Do yourself a favor and call Red's if you have lots of stuff to throw out. Seriously, it's like a huge weight has been lifted from our shoulders!

I have used Craig's List several times to find contractors to haul away
construction debris from a home remodeling project I am working on. I
have had issues every time. I found Red's Hauling online and read some
nice reviews. Red picked up the phone on my first try and we set a
time for he and his crew to come out to give an estimate. They arrived
on time (I didn't even need to be there). They gave me a very
competitive estimate and were ready to do the haul with 2 trucks. I
gave them the go-ahead and within 60 minutes a 20x20 garage full to the
brim with debris was clean. I asked them to take a few extra very heavy
pieces of concrete scrap and they did so for a nominal charge.

They were great. They got there on time and everything got picked up. They were really good about everything. There were some things that they were not able to take but they went ahead and helped us load it up on another truck so we could recycle it.

It is kind of an odd story how I actually came to know Red's Hauling.
I had an old clunker of a car that, before I junked it, would stop in the middle of traffic and break down (nice, huh?) Anyone, one time it overheated and shut down in an intersection, much to the disgust of me and a ton of honking, angry drivers. A man from Red's saw what happened to me, and came to my rescue! He drove me home and towed away my car. I thought it was such a great thing to do, and it's not even part of their job description, so when I needed service in the future, I remembered their kindness and called them to haul away a ton of junk I was throwing out from my apartment.
I was temporarily moving out of state for a while, and needed to get rid of a lot of unwanted junk, so I called Red's. They were super fast, efficient, the men who came out were no nonsense professionals who worked hard and without any drama. The price was right for the amount of stuff they removed and I was very happy with their service.
When I got back to Chicago, my parents needed work done and wanted 50 plus years of basement and garage things removed, so I called Red's again. My mom said how polite and respectable the men were toward her and my dad, and all of us were pleased with how quickly they got everything removed. They showed up, both times, when they said and the estimates were accurate.
I am extremely pleased with Red's Hauling and we will most definitely use their services in the future.

Red's provided excellent service -- and on very short notice. Red and his staff arrived promptly, and removed a large amount of debris from our garage and backyard quickly and efficiently. As an added bonus, they thoroughly swept our garage and backyard, removing all traces of plaster, wood, etc. (It looks cleaner now than it has in weeks!) The price was far lower than what we would have paid to hire a dumpster, and Red and his staff did all the hard work of loading the materials, saving us a great deal of time and effort. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who requires hauling service.

Red called in the mid-afternoon to confirm our appointment, he showed up when he said he would, and he brought a team of 4 or 5 guys. They covered the affected area of my basement with drop clothes, broke up the cement sink, hauled it out piece by piece and cleaned the basement to a broom-clean state when they finished. The guys worked extremely fast and the whole process was less than a half-hour. They took care not to damage or impact anything in my basement, which was my only real concern. I am very happy with the service.

needed to get a huge piece of furniture out of my basement. It was a monster: all wood, office armoire. I called Red based upon recommendations on this site and he gave me an instant quote and drove right over with two additional guys to help. He's a nice guy and did exactly what he said he would.
