They were prompt in picking up and dropping off my small Turkish rug within the windows provided, and the rug seemed to be cleaned well. It came back damp enough that I felt it needed to dry on my tile floor for the rest of the day before putting it back on the wood floor. There was also a slightly weird feel to the rug afterward - almost chemical residue-type feel? However, this was my first time getting an Oriental rug cleaned (it was pre-owned and last cleaned who-knows-when), so this may be normal and may just be what a clean rug feels like for once! Regardless, I'll be using RB again - great service, and I think a good cleaning. Would recommend!

They did a great job. He was very professional and thorough. They picked up the rug from my home, cleaned it and then brought it back for free. The rugs were gone for only a week. It seemed to be a really good value for what they did.

He did a good job and we're pleased. His professionalism is good, he's courteous and easy to work with. We had a little issue with scheduling at one point but we worked it out without much inconvenience.

Extremely well. Both men we dealt with were extremely personable, and explained what they were doing before and while they did it. It was a little hard to nail down a slot for the estimate, but that was a minor inconvenience. Would definitely contact again.

GOOD COMPANY. GOOD PRICE. HOWEVER, I HAD TO POINT OUT SOME DAMAGED AREAS THAT SANDING DID NOT ADDRESS. AT FIRST HE SAID THESE COULD NOT BE FIXED. THEN WE BRAINSTORMED TOGETHER TO FIGURE OUT A SOLUTION. HE RECOMMENDED ONE COAT COVER, WHICH TURNS OUT NOT TO BE ENOUGH IN A HEAVILY TRAFFICKED AREA. I WILL BE CALLING HIM TO COME BACK.

WE JUST CLOSED ON A HOUSE AND HAD A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME TO GET THE FLOORS REFINISHED BEFORE WE MOVED IN. RON SENT A GUY NAMED RICH OUT TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE THE MORNING AFTER I CALLED AND THEY STARTED WORK A FEW DAYS LATER. RICH WAS VERY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND FINISHED THE JOB ONE DAY BEFORE HE SAID HE WOULD. THE FLOORS LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. THIS COMPANY IS VERY EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
