Dr. Wu was very thorough.  I am a new patient, and she ensured that everything noted in my new patient profile was properly addressed.  Contrary to other doctors I've been to, I did not have to wait long to be seen (~10 minutes).  Appointment scheduling is easy as well.  Dr. Wu has a great personality and made me feel very comfortable.  Very knowledgeable as well.

the office got us in right away because my son needed physical up dated for lacrosse there was a little bit of a wait in the office to see the Dr. Ochs but it was well worth it . my son had a very thorough physical Dr. Ochs all so gave him tips on playing safe. Dr.Ochs was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. He takes him time with you. when we left the office was full .

I called for an appointment with Dr. Wu and was able to visit her the following day. She was very accomodating and thorough when reviewing my medical history. I think I'll have to visit again because my medical issue hasn't been resolved, but I think I just have a particularily stubborn medical issue--it's not a reflection on Dr. Wu. I would recommend her based on my first visit with her.

She is a fantastic doctor.  She is very attentive, understanding, and patient.  She cares unlike some doctors.  It is a typically office and there is nothing really impressive there.  There could be better communication between the patient and doctor when not in the office.  I would continue to use her practice again in the future too.

We are happy with them. They are willing to spend enough time with us to answer our questions. They have done routine checkups for us. The staff is very friendly. The office is pleasant. It is pretty flexible for scheduling appointments. We are relatively new to them and our interaction has been good. We will definitely continue to see them.

They do an okay job with treatment, however they are wonderfully available. They have great hours and we have always had a positive experience. The staff in the office is very friendly.

She doesn't just give a prescription right away. She gets the details and asks questions. She doesn't just give me medication and let me go on my way. When I have a appointment I am in and out rather quickly.

I have been seeing him for over three years. He is very responsive and he listens to me. He works with a group so when you call the office it is organized and I have never had to wait to see him. The first half-hour of business hours is for more urgent walk-ins so an appointment is not necessary. The office is polite and cordial. They do bloodwork on site, which is very convenient.
