Carl managed to accomodate me at very short notice and arrived promptly to tune the piano. In addition to the tuning, the pedals were re aligned and now work perfectly, the general sound of the piano is wonderful and a loose damper was repaired. After discovering a key 'sticking' the next day, Carl returned within the hour to correct the problem. A professional pianist who came to play the piano at a party the next day asked if the piano had been replaced as both the 'action' and the sound had been so improved.

HE WAS ABLE TO TELL ME (WITHOUT BEING PREACHY) HOW I SHOULD SITUATE MY PIANO TO PROTECT IT FROM EXTREME TEMPERATURES AND HOW TO GET THE BEST SOUND FROM THE PIANO.
