The contract provided for paint and flooring materials. As owner, I provided all other materials including kitchen cabinets, countertop, tile flooring, bathroom vanities, cabinets, mirrors, bathroom fixtures, all lighting fixtures and carpeting. There were other costs outside of the contract for new HVAC unit, bathroom tub refinishing, and electrical work converting from fuses to circuit breakers. The total cost of the remodel exceeded $50K.
