I used this company originally for a painting job in 2018 without problem. Work was completely timely and professionally. Rehired in 2020 for additional work that included more painting work and some plumbing work at another property. Started out ok but then problems began with workers not showing up or showing up late. While most of the work is completed, I have had no response from owner of business for final completion and have decided I will have someone else complete final details. It is important that contractors realize your time is also valuable and that not returning emails, texts or phone calls is really unprofessional. Since the part of the work was at a vacant property I also gave the owner the keys and have asked him on two occasions (Sept 23 and Sept 29) to simply drop keys in a designated mailbox and still have not heard from him. At this point I simply want keys returned.
