The best thing about our experience with Quality Remodeling was the excellent communication throughout the project. Gil Pozin, the owner, came out to give the estimate. He had great ideas and seemed to understand right away that we were hoping to finish the attic as inexpensively as possible and would be doing some of the work ourselves. Other contractors we talked to thought that we would have trouble getting a permit from the city of Berwyn, and one even told us that project couldn't be done. The process to get the permit did take some time, during which Gil kept in close contact, but there were no issues with the inspections. Gil always responded to e-mails and phone calls promptly and was great to work with.
We ended up finishing about two-thirds of the total attic space. Quality Remodeling did most of the work, but we did the painting and flooring to save money, and we had our regular HVAC company extend the plumbing from the boiler and install a radiator. 
The foreman for the project, Dusan, was great. He seemed to have an encyclopedic knowledge of building codes and kept things moving along well. At the beginning of the project, I was concerned that the bedroom would end up being too hot in the summer because there was not a lot of room for insulation, but they did an excellent job. This summer, even on days when the temperature was over 90 degrees, our window air conditioner was enough to keep us cool and comfortable. The drywall was smooth and primed and ready for us to paint, and they cleaned up the yard before they left. 
We're very happy with our new bedroom, and intend to call Quality Remodeling for future projects.

We needed to move from a house to a neglected 3 bedroom condo as fast as possible to accommodate an ailing family member. Scott of Quality Remodeling. Inc. came to the condo, evaluated condition, and noted remodeling requests including wall removal. Within a week, we had our estimate, general time frame, a rendering of the remodel and a proposed start date. Quality Remodeling took care of condo association approval, common element compliance and optimizing space for the shower and equipping both bathrooms with handicapped assists. Everyday a Quality Remodeling tradesman was present making progress. Chris was working most days, assisted with special requests and gave us updates. We were always able to reach Scott in a timely manner to answer questions and to assist with, design and fixture selection. The remodel was completed when promised.
My husband and I highly recommend Quality Remodeling, Inc. The workmanship is wonderful. We also received a one year quality guarantee! Indeed, our remodel has improved our quality of life.

Quality remodeling did a terrific job on our kitchen remodel. Scot came out right away to quote the project for us. They were responsible for the demolition, the plumbing, the electrical, tile, backsplash, paint, duct work etc. They foresaw problems and went above and beyond to give us a top notch kitchen. The workers showed real skill and expertise. They were pleasant and friendly and very tidy. Each day they left us with minimal mess. We are very glad we chose this contractor.

This was our first experience living through any major construction work in our home, and we could not have been more pleased! Scot was a pleasure to work with - he was patient and explained things clearly every step of the way, even making multiple trips back to our home on a Sunday to review things we had already gone over. He was sensitive to our pricing needs, and suggested ways to meet our budget. His crew was great - punctual and considerate, and they did wonderful work. The project was completed on time and on budget, just as Scot promised. I would not hesitate to use Scot and Quality Remodeling Inc for any future remodeling needs. He's a real gem!

This company is very good. They had to do work to my house because of it's age. They took care of everything. They have a reasonable price for their work!

Excellent. Scott and his crew are very professional, punctual, and clean when they work. They have also been very responsive to our needs as the project progressed. I would definitely recommend them in the future for any major or minor remodeling projects.

We have used Gil's company before (for our kitchen) and they are professional and really care about their customers. When the job was almost complete, the carpeting people discovered a seepage issue. They immediately alerted me and the job was halted until I could get U.S. Waterproofing in to fix the problem. This is an example of their honesty and commitment to their customers. I would highly recommend Quality for anyone doing any remodeling in their home.

The work went very well. He was prompt and clean and his men are very courteous. I like the quality off the windows they put in. He stuck to his price he is very reasonable. He is very reliable and responsible.That was the third project he has done for us. My dinning room has started leaking and I called him again.

The deck exceeded our expectations. The work was wonderful, the prices were fare. He was very creative and came up with nice decisions. He was able to solve problems and he was very competent. The crew very clean and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. The bathroom remodel- great ideas, great workmanship, he was extremely patient with me and very responsive to my needs.

They are very good. They are reliable, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. The clean up was excellent and I can't say enough good things about them. I have used them several times and they have always been good to me.

Gil and his partner, Scot Igra, were great to work with from beginning to end. The weather cooperated with us most of the time and so we were able to get started when promised, and I believe we were finished a month or so earlier than estimated as well. When we had questions about the project or their subcontractors both were quick to respond and when necessary fix the problems we saw. Along the way they offered ideas to our architect's layout, a couple of which we took their advice and they've worked out well. A few general contractors wouldn't let us hire our own subs for certain projects, but Gil & Scot were flexible and allowed us to finish parts of the job on our own, working around our schedule even though it may have slowed them down a bit. Overall we have nothing negative to say about our experience with them. I would definitely hire them again.
