They were extremely hard working, at times working late into the evening including weekends, and took great pride to provide a quality, professional product. They took great pains each day before leaving to cleanup their work area. Our deck is beautiful--surpassing our expectations. There is absolutely nothing we would have done differently in this contractor experience, and will automatically give Stephen and his crew any future projects.

I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone and will be using them again next summer on my roofdeck. Quality was top notch (and unique - which is hard given all the decks in chicago) and design advice was momunmentally helpful and very important in my decision process!

I talked to Steve on several occasions, he kept me in the loop on his decisions, I gave him some leeway in making my deck decisions and the final product turned out extremely well. Cost was less than the others and the duration of the job was minimal.

Door installation was timely and done very well. Price fit into the range of estimates we received, although at the higher end of those estimates. Steven always answers his cell phone and is good at follow up. Only complaint was some building material garbage was left in back.

The work was a roof deck with benches, steps, and a gate. I have been very satisfied with it. Builder was very easy to work with, and helped plan the layout of everything. Would hire again for other projects.
