We had them add new hardwood to two rooms on our first floor and refinish existing hardwood to a new color. They provided us an estimate for the job and time frame 3-5 days for completion. There was great communication throughout the process. It took them a little longer of the window but they completed it. We’re easy to work with final product looks great. We had one small issue come up months later with a piece of wood that appeared to have a defect and they came out and preformed appropriate repairs. I would hire again. Floors look beautiful.

Excellent experience. I totally recommend Professional Floors. They came and gave me an estimate for the job that was within my budget. 2 weeks later they delivered the wood on a Saturday so that the wood would have time to adjust to the house temperature an humidity level for 48h. They worked from Monday 8:30 am to Friday 6 pm and delivered a beautiful new look to my house second floor. They are straight to the point, no game or hidden fees... You will talk to Adrian and he will perform the work. He will help choose the stain color.

Professional jobs have completed two outstanding hardwood floor and stairs jobs for me and one vinyl floor job. The work is timely, looks great, and professional. One job was done 15 years ago and the floors and stairs still look great.
