Electronic Gadget Repair
I had a bad experience with Professional Electronics. I am in Crete, they are in Chicago. The date was 5 years ago and I took 2 years trying to get my equipment back from them. They refused to return the equipment or claimed that they no longer had it. I come and bring in equipment to you to be serviced and it disappears. They didn't compensate me for the missing equipment. There was a fee, you had to make a deposit of $50 and then they would charge you the rest for whatever is needed; whatever parts and service were needed. I never got my equipment back so I could take it to some place else. I would not recommend them. The prices are very good, it is just they were not very professional.

It was found that Professional Electronics Repair did excellent work on your list. I thought he might have been good, but he broke something and he said that he couldn't not fix anything on that part, and he had left the TV non-functional.

Mr. Williams was courteous, knowledgeable and on time. He was like Santa opening his pack. He set right to work. My tv looks wonderful; vivid and clear.

OVERALL, THEY DID AN EFFECTIVE JOB. THE TV WORKS GREAT NOW. THEY HAD TO ORDER A PART FROM ANOTHER DEALER AND THAT PROCESS TOOK A LOT LONGER THAN WE EXPECTED. IT WAS SEVERAL WEEKS BEFORE WE GOT OUR TV BACK. HOWEVER, I DON'T KNOW IF THE COMPANY SELECTED THE WRONG DEALER OR IF IT'S A NORMAL TIMING.
