They were prompt in showing up, but did not have enough equipment at first. They first secured the job and then slowly brought equipment from other jobs. The staff were very hardworking and experienced - no issues there. However, after sales support was lacking. For example they left their dumpster in my driveway for a week and could not schedule a pickup until and i called and called. They did not send me the paperwork after the work was done. Nor was there any follow up calls or emails to see how everything went. They are always on the hunt for the next job and there isn't time to make sure the customer is satisfied.

At first I was getting estimates from different people. They were keen to get the job and work with me. The technician they sent was very good at what he did. However I needed to have a 2 person crew for the size of the job and they could only find one on the first day. The following day they had another person and finished the job. They said they would come and pick up the equipment and kept moving the date. More than a week after the job, the debris is still on the road in front of my house and it hasn't been picked up. I cannot get anyone to give me a date for the debris pickup. In summary, I think the quality of work is still good but they may not have enough staff to handle the volume of work they are getting.

I was nervous about hiring a mold company because I was afraid I would be told there was a larger problem than actually existed. With hesitation, I hired ProCare Restoration to perform an inspection and to my surprise and delight, I was told that it was unlikely that I had a pervasive mold issue. ProCare is an excellent company! John was great to work with in scheduling the job and their installer of our floors (Paul) is amazing and a perfectionist. He really does the job right. He is also a hardworking, honest person who I trusted to be in my home while we were at work. It's so great to find a company like ProCare and we will definitely use again!

The gave a fair price, showed up as scheduled, provided the proper documentation for the sale of the home. I have been a director for large mold remediation companies in the past and now I own my own company. I do General Contracting and got remodels. This company is very professional and would not use my old company I would much prefer to use this company instead.
