Purchased a "big deal" for a contractor for a day, and got two contractors for a half-day. Both were very professional, got a good amount done in the four hours, and the quality of the work was good.

Great service and courteous 2 person team. Arrived on time and completed all of the requested work in a timely manner without overcharging. Best experience I have had so far with Angie's list. I would recommend Pro Construction Solution Inc.

Arrived on time, did the work very well, cleaned up after the work was completed.  Could not have been better.  The installer did not speak English very well, but the communication that was necessary worked just fine.

Valerie started on time and finished within his estimated time frame.  It was an extremely dusty job.  Valerie and his team brought extra tarps to double cover a few items and did a great job with the clean-up throughout the project.   The space created was exactly what I'd hoped for...there is now enough space to store items that previously were stacked in a corner.  As space is a premium in the city and condos, this was extremely helpful project.  
Valerie even went the extra mile and filed down a door I was having trouble hinging.  It's the little things like going over and beyond to fix that door and ask throughout the project if I was satisfied that will cause me to have Valerie and/or his team work on my next home improvement project!

The provider originally contacted me within a week of receiving my request.  The owner indicated he would be out within a couple of days to review the job.  I verified on 3/17 that he would be at my house on 3/18.  He didn't show up on Wednesday and texted my on Thursday indicating he would to move the schedule to Saturday.  He did show up on Saturday, 3/21.  He asked what did I pay for and I communicated 6 hours of carpentry work for $199.  He indicated that it will not take 6 hours to complete the entire job.  He indicated he would return to my house on the following Tuesday, 3/24.  He did not show up on Tuesday and indicated he would not be able to come until 2-3 weeks later.  I indicated that it was unacceptable and I would contact Angie's List.  He contacted me on the Thursday, 3/26 and said he would be at my house at 8am to get started.  He indicated he would purchase the parts and I agreed to reimburse him for the cost of the parts.  It was cold that day and I did pay the Provider for the parts and he indicated that it was too cold to prime and paint and to call him when it got warmer and he would come back out and paint.  I stated, since the job did not take 6 hour there should not be an additional cost.  I also informed Angie's List about the arrangement, as well.
Since this Provider has not been professional I anticipated issues upon completion of the job and informed Angie's List.  I followed up with the Provider, Pro Construction Solutions, yesterday and asked when he could return to complete the job.  He texted my back indicating there would be an extra cost of $199 for a small 30 minutes paint job.  I restated in my text that the finalization of the work is part of the 6 hours that I already paid for.  The owner texted by "you need to find somebody else."
This Provider was not professional from the beginning and did not fulfill his obligations.  I am very disappointed and I still need to find a solution to finish the job that was started.

This was a complicated project and Val and his team did a great job. The installation, construction and framing were all done in a top notch fashion.

It was fine they did a very good job. I paid additional fees for materials. They were on time, professional and did what I asked them to do.

This is the 2nd house where we have used Valeriy and have been very pleased both times. In this case we were only going to use him for the basement but he kept quoting other parts of the full house remodel cheaper than other providers and we knew that we would be happy with the results. He has done all of the work mentioned above and more and always stands by his work. We have recommended him to friends and would definitely use him again.

Shower Kit: On May 25, 2014, I informed Pro Construction of water leakage that stemmed from the shower after having installed it. Instead of repairing the leak, (the owner) Valeriy plugged the leak with a spray "Foam".  Pro Construction was told that the brand new shower fixtures never operated appropriately but failed to repair the  problem appropriately. 
Water leaked and descended to the main floor bathroom which caused a wall to bulge.   Additionally, the shower floor squeaked because of poor installation and an improper support system  ( which never use to happen). When the contractor returned to my home to attempt to repair many problems, he broke a portion of the shower when he tried to remove it but could not do so. On June 20th Pro Construction returned to my home after having understood that the toilet  leaked which caused damage to the ceiling on the main floor . Pro Construction came to repair the damages to the ceiling on the first floor and put a silicone sealant around the base of the toilet.
     "Niche" Creation (Closet): When creating a closet in the bathroom, the contractor needed extra space to do so; therefore, he took space from the adjacent room. During the construction process, the contractor used a great portion of the support system from the adjacent closet and neglected to replace the support appropriately; consequently  the entire closet in the other room crashed and left damages (gashes, holes and ruptures) to the dry wall.  
In the end Pro Construction refused to return to my home because I complained every time a problem arose. I requested a full refund plus damages to replace the loss of my materials. I was granted what was asked.
 Valeriy never wanted to take ownership for any problems. He blamed his worker, though he knew his worker lacked competency in certain areas (plumbing etc) but at my expense continued to send him out and did not care if mistakes were made or not! I hired another Company months later and Valeriy tried to blame the other company for the mistakes he made.
Pro Construction is the worst!

Valeriy came to assess what needed to be done, and gave me an estimate of how long it would take to finish the storage area.  His workers came on time with all the materials needed, were very responsive to my requests, and worked very efficiently and diligently.  He was very fair on his charges.  Thank you!

Val and his team are great.  The work looks great, and everyone was punctual and professional.  Val even picked up the materials for me and did not charge for delivery, and he let me ask him random handyman questions about things outside of the job I hired him for.   I would definitely hire him again.

A friend of mine, who built his addition with this contractor, referred this guy to us long time ago when we needed to paint our entire house (over 3,000 sq ft) and remodel two bathrooms and laundry .We were very satisfied with the quality of work. The price was competitive and reasonable. 
After that project we keep calling this guy even if we need some kind of a small repair work. Boiler did not work - they fixed it; wanted to add a gate to the deck - done; decided to add an outside light to our garage - done; leaked basement after devastating storm last year - repaired foundation crack and cleaned (saved) carpet.
Keeps his promise, really clean, timely, and easy to reach

Very punctual, responsible, and timely service. The work was started as scheduled and was done as planned. We were remodeling both bathrooms while living in the apartment. Not only that workers were courteous, but also cleaned and vacuumed the place daily, after the work. Communication was excellent! Any unplanned, desired deviations were always reasonably accommodated. The work was supervised by Valeriy, who was available even after the project was done and paid for. All-in-all, potentially stressful experience was turned into a pleasant endeavor with high quality, professional work and a very considerate approach. He has earned my highest recommendations.
