It went pretty bad. It was hard to schedule an appointment, I scheduled it almost 2 months in advance. After the appointment was scheduled, they sent an automated confirmation e-mail stating the day of the appointment, in this case it was June 2. The day before the appointment they sent an automated e-mail remainder stating the appointment date and specifying 2.5 hour window when the crew could show up to do the cleaning.On the date of the appointment, I waited and waited for 2.5hrs and they didn't show up. They didn't even had the courtesy to call to let me know that they weren't able to make it. I e-mailed them to complain about this. Next day, they called me to apologize and reschedule the appointment. I agreed to give them a second chance.The scheduling of the second appointment was the same, I received the automated confirmation e-mail stating the day of the appointment, this time was June 8. On June 7, I received the automated e-mail remainder.On the date of the 2nd appointment, same thing! I waited for 2.5hrs, no show, no call, nothing! I sent them an e-mail again saying that I was very upset about this. There was no reply from them.I don't have the luxury nor the desire to wait around for people. They are very unprofessional. DO NOT request their services!
