He came out last year and gave an estimate. It took him months to find a match for the paint. We emailed back and forth. We then decided to go with aluminum siding and we didn't hear from him. It was by then going into the fall/winter season. We have not heard back from him. The original provider recommended that we call this provider again. We called on June 7th and have received no response.  We will now have to search for a new service provider. The response time is too long and he does not follow through on phone calls. It takes him to long to get back to the customer. When we originally called him to tell him he was recommended by another service provider on the list, he was initially Johnny on the spot, but once he found out that we wanted aluminum siding, we never never heard from him even though now we have changed our minds about installing the aluminum siding because we have to resolve the water damage issues.

He didn't get back to me after a couple weeks and so I emailed and let him know that the decision needs to get done before winter. He told me he was having trouble finding the paneling and he needed to check one more lumber yard. He couldn't find the specific color so he suggested to remove the two bottom panels and to install wood and paint over it. My husband and I decided that we didn't want to do that because we'd have to repaint every few years. We decided vinyl or aluminum siding might be the best solution and we tried contacting him back on October 11th to ask for his opinion. Instead of telling me that it wasn't his specialty or that he wasn't in the best of health he decided not to respond at all.
