Pressure Washing Unlimited was very good. They were professional and preformed great quality work. I recommend their services to anyone.

Twenty minutes late (coudln't park), did the job very well, made absolutely no additional mess, moved all furniture, plants and put things back. Cheerful staff, too.

The company is very responsive. After contacting them, they came out immediately and provided me with a quote. Because it was so late in the season, they were not sure if they would be able to fit my job in 2009 and let me know that it may be bumped to their 2010 season. They constantly keep me up to date as to whether the job would get done in 2009 (which it did). This company was very easy to work with.

On the scheduled date, the group arrived on time, and performed the service in a very professional manner. The group asked pertinent, proactive questions and were careful not to impact areas that were not intended to be pressure washed. We would use Pressure Washing again without hesitation.

They were able to give us a quote right away. They were willing to apply product on portions of masonry wall to prove it worked. They were punctual, easy to reach and very professional. We had confidence in their assessment of situation and product used. They were able to schedule the work immediately. They took time and care in the application of the sealant. they cleaned up every bit of mess made. I am confident if I need them again for any problem, they will return in a second.

Ryne was very professional, he explained everything that needed to be done. He even used his own water. This is the great part, he even did some extra things that were not on the estimate (not minor things), he was very generous. As far as the price, I got estimates from 4 other companies, which all asked to be allowed to be competitive to the lowest bid, they couldn't even touch Ryne's quote. If ever I need pressure washing, I have no doubts who to call.

I called yesterday afternoon and they were able to send out a team this morning. They called me when they were in route and were very easy to work with. They did a very nice job and asked me to confirm the work was completed to my satisfaction before leaving. The price was a bit high, but they noted on the phone that they would have been able to offer a discount if they already had another appointment scheduled in the area.

All services were performed by the company as expected. The two decks are beautiful and the sealing of the outside brick of the building should prevent the bricks from further deterioration. The company even kicked in cleaning of my wood fence, which was not part of the contract.

This house is 11+ years old. Over the last year we endured new home construction right next door, which resulted in an excessive amount of brick and wood dust. Pressure Washing was called for an estimate, which they came out and did immediately. Their price was fair and I was impressed that they responded so quickly. The work was scheduled, done and completed when promised. All staff was professional and they have excellent customer service skills. I was called later in the day to ask how the work went. The fact that they called puts them top on my list - it's hard to find a company that seems to care about their customers, but Pressure Washing seems to be one of the few that do seem to care. Thank you Pressure Washing for a job well done.

This was an excellent experience. I received an estimate within 1.5 hours of calling for information and was able to schedule the service for 8:30 a.m. the next morning. Three men came promptly and completely cleaned the patio. They moved furniture and even cleaned items I didn't even ask about. They brought all of their machinery since the truck is loaded with everything, including water. I will definitely call them annually and will recommend them to others.

I found this company through my neighbor--I had NO idea what an impact power washing could make on old wood. They were really timely, spent an amazing amount of time being very thorough on the washing and sealing. They also gave me good quotes for sanding/painting our iron fence and front porch. We'll use them again soon!
