Premium Appliance Repair Inc

After the control unit, I had new error codes and needed a new fan (per Dacor headquarters tech help), followed by a new display panel. I called Dacor to complain about the serial error codes and escalating costs of parts. Dacor gave me 50% off the display panel cost. Premium Appliance Repair tech, Jose, and his assistant, Phil, were outstanding, making 4 trips to my home to repair and trouble shoot the problems, calling Dacor several times on my behalf. I paid for the parts, but was never billed more for labor. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and determined to get my oven working. I cannot say enough about how great they were. I will definitely call their company again for other appliance work.

     Called several appliance repair firms on Angie's list.  Some couldn't come out till later that week.  Premium was able to come out that day.  Ricardo was there about 2 hours after I first called and diagnosed the problem quickly.  The replacement hose had to be ordered.  Two other techs came out later that week and replaced the hose.  They also checked my dryer vent pipe for clogs and cleaned the dryer moisture sensor.  
     All 3 techs were on time, very knowledgable, explained what they were doing and got job done quickly.  The only holdup was waiting 2 days for the part to be ordered.
     

Ricardo came out today, I wanted a second opinion.  I had Park Ridge Appliance come out last week, he said the machine was broken (a rod or something snapped in the back), he said the part was $800 plus labor.  Ricardo came out this morning, punctual and professional.  He took one look after opening the top of our LG front loading washing machine & said "nope, I can fix this".  We've had many unfortunate things happen lately to our house (flood, leaky roof etc.) so you have no idea how happy I was to hear I could cancel our new washing machine purchase and save ourselves over $600.  Thank you so much Ricardo and Premium Appliance Repair for your great work.  I know now who to call if something breaks or needs service, I'll never loose your business card!!! You guys are top notch in my book!

They had to order the part for my range.  While they were here they also checked out my dishwasher; took it apart and cleaned it and also instructed me how to do it.  I thought that was really nice.  I would definitely use them again.
