A home inspection is the key to a successful home purchase. Without a home inspection, you are opening yourself up to potential surprises that you may not have noticed when looking at the home. I often get asked, "How do you know where to find these things?" and the simple answer to that is, experience. I have been on inspections for a variety of different homes and condos located all throughout the Chicagoland area and I have seen plenty of repeated mistakes and safety concerns along with new ones. My job, and the sole purpose of this company, is to provide my client with the information necessary for them to make an informed decision and have the peace of mind when buying a home. By knowing exactly what problems may occur with the home, and what they may need to fix after buying the home, the investment, and the family that is going to live inside, are well protected.
