Anika is a fine technician who also understands how to relate and please her customers. I have used Precision Piano for a decade and recommend them highly!

I recently moved to Dallas, and ran into a tight situation with the piano movers during my 4-hour move window. They claimed expertise with moving pianos, but had never heard about "locking down the action". Unsure if this was needed or not (and their staff being unhelpful), I reached out to her a bit frantic. She was in the middle of another job, but was super gracious about helping me with (very narrow elevator window) and confirming with two of her technician friends what the appropriate procedures would be. She also recommended a tuner for me in Dallas that she had some mutual acquaintances with. She didn't have to do any of that, but I deeply appreciate it from the bottom of my heart... she really cares about her clients and I will miss her!

My mother-in-law gifted us her piano over the summer, and after speaking with Anika, I decided to wait on getting the piano tuned until it had acclimated to my house. I finally got around to scheduling an appointment for October. Anika was on-time, professional, and very knowledgeable.
She was in and out in about an hour, and my piano sounds wonderful.

I contacted the company via their website and was contacted the same day to set up an appointment. The appointment was scheduled for within the week of the initial contact. The technician, Anika, was on time and absolutely professional and prepared and did a wonderful job tuning the piano. It has never sounded better. She also provided a history of the piano and gave me some suggestions for keeping the piano in tune. She was wonderful I would definitely use them again.

Precision (formerly Steven J. Wilson, Piano Tuner-Technician & Associates, Inc.) has been tuning my piano for at least 4 years - Anika in particular for the past 2 years. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. And she makes the piano sound so great!
