Motorcycle Service
I called the Secretary of state and they told me to file a complaint with the Secretary of State Police. These guys have committed fraud against the state of Illinois by collecting money for license plates and keeping it. These guys are bad news. I have filled out the paper work. I am now waiting to see if the State of Illinois does its job and arrests the owner for tax fraud. 03-26-2011 I am upating this because the Secratary of State slapped the owner with over $ 10,000 in fines. And this shop is now out of business.
